Excellent and easy to use
My one issue was breaking the top and bottom limits and their tech support clearly and easily helped me through the correction.

Like others some indication of blind completing the operation is required. Very disappointed as although contacted Neo support they have failed to be able to find a solution. They think the blinds are receiving a start an immediate stop signal but haven’t discovered why. I’ll post again if a fix is eventually found.

However, most motors do not have the capability to send blind positions to the app. We currently have this option on the app for owners of Neo motors. Can you please send us your account details (serial number of smart controller, e-mail address)? We would like to take a look and see if your motors are capable of having this feature.
