OK app for basic functionality

Does what it's supposed to do which is remotely open and shut my blinds, also has a scheduler and scene function BUT there is nothing in the app that tells me what the existing state is either open/closed/favourite. Not important if you are stood there watching the blinds but hugely important if you are on holiday for instance and want to know that your instructions have been executed.
Can we please have a switch that changes colour for instance like the ewelink app off/black on/blue or closed/black open/green, just a suggestion which for me would deserve 5 ⭐️'

However, most motors do not have the capability to send blind positions to the app. We currently have this option on the app for owners of Neo motors. Great start

A very clean clear responsive app but quite basic at the moment. Looking forward to seeing this app develop over time. Shame there isn’t watch support.

Where’s the HomeKit!!!

It is really unfortunate that this controller does not support Apple HomeKit...

Easy install, works like a charm

We really wanted to be able to control our new blinds (4 of them) from our iPhones. The NEO Blind controller was a perfect solution. The setup for the controller was smooth and easy.
The surprise was how easy it was to connect the individual blinds to the NEO controller. Just push the button on the motor in the Blind and confirm it on the NEO APP.
The integration with Alexa worked right out of the gate. Just need to remember at this time Alexa only knows OFF and ON, soooo “Family Room OFF” is all blinds down and “Family Room ON “ means all blinds UP.

Customer support was awesome. Let's face it that what really counts today. If I can call somebody and they fix it help setup then they are the ones U want to use!

Needs improvement

App works but needs the following: battery percentage for each blind, ability to set blind position instead of all open or all closed by percentage, status of blind position open or closed

Needs better integration with Alexa

This has poor integration with Alexa. I have sheer shades, so when I close them using a voice command, they lower all the way and then open. I have to use the remote to slightly raise them to close the blinds. If favorite positions were available through Alexa, this problem would be solved.

Works Great, and...

I had no trouble setting up my blinds on my iPhone 8 and my wife’s 10R. It works perfectly and I really don’t use the remote anymore, just my phone. What I would like to see is the ability to move blinds up or down the list so I could prioritize them. Right now you can’t, the order you install them is the order they appear in a list format and it cannot be changed. Also, you can only set schedules for each room and not each individual blind. I’d like to see that changed. I don’t use Alexa, Google, or any voice controlled devices, just the apps that come with the hardware for my home security, lights, etc. I would hope that Neo works to improve their software over time, that’s why I gave it 5 stars, because although it needs some better functionality, it does work great and was easy to set-up and install each blind.

Voice controls are not intuitive

The app is fairly straightforward. Unlike the Google version that lets you use commands like “open” and “close,” the Alexa version has you say “on” or “off.”

It would be much easier to remember “Alexa, open bedroom window.”

I also had a conflict with the Lutron app. The Neo app seemed to take priority, and it had a preset room called kitchen. When I asked Alexa to “turn off the kitchen lights” she would now say something to the effect of “kitchen does not support that.” I had to delete the kitchen from the neo app.

App doesn’t work

This should be a good thing but just doesn’t work. White screen when trying to add a room. Shouldn’t be packaged with a sale for blinds if it is not functional.
