OK app for basic functionality
Can we please have a switch that changes colour for instance like the ewelink app off/black on/blue or closed/black open/green, just a suggestion which for me would deserve 5 ⭐️'

However, most motors do not have the capability to send blind positions to the app. We currently have this option on the app for owners of Neo motors. Can you please send us your account details (serial number of smart controller, e-mail address)? We would like to take a look and see if your motors are capable of having these features. Our development team continues to make improvements to the app, resulting in a better user experience. Where’s the HomeKit!!!

Easy install, works like a charm
The surprise was how easy it was to connect the individual blinds to the NEO controller. Just push the button on the motor in the Blind and confirm it on the NEO APP.
The integration with Alexa worked right out of the gate. Just need to remember at this time Alexa only knows OFF and ON, soooo “Family Room OFF” is all blinds down and “Family Room ON “ means all blinds UP.

Voice controls are not intuitive
It would be much easier to remember “Alexa, open bedroom window.”
I also had a conflict with the Lutron app. The Neo app seemed to take priority, and it had a preset room called kitchen. When I asked Alexa to “turn off the kitchen lights” she would now say something to the effect of “kitchen does not support that.” I had to delete the kitchen from the neo app.
