Bad card

Why have something on the card that is not in increments of £5 (krispy creme) as this means you can’t spend all your voucher and you can’t top it up to use the money left. This company basically takes your change even though in a shop you would get your change. Won’t be using again and have made our company aware not to use this in the future as the person they give it to might not get full use of it.

So Far So Bad

Purchased an Afterpay gift card, can’t use it and the “Support” team seems to have the exact same troubleshooting steps as myself. Conversation with support kept going in circles with no resolution given, no timeline of a resolution, and my questions were not really answered either. I only gave it 2 stars because my wife was able to get a gift card and use it successfully, but a success rate of 50% is unacceptable (so far) when it should legitimately be 100%.

Don't buy!

my son sent me $300 which I could choose anything I wanted which I thought was great. I used one at cheesecake factory for $50. I used one at PF Chang for $50. I used one at Primark for $50. I had $150 left which I had chosen Capital Grill for $100 and $50 at bonefish Grilleto my shocking horror, the $150 had gone my wallet was empty. I had nothing there so my suggestion is don’t buy from this place too much aggravation
I suggest you never buy from this place it’s amazing how they won’t let you change your nickname. Every nickname I’ve chosen has been taken what a surprise!!!

Declined credit cards

My credit is outstanding and I am never declined. I tried for 30 minutes to use an American Express as well as a visa and it would not work. There is definitely something wrong with your site and I always have problems. Why don’t you fix it

Very nice

I just started using this app. I like it very much Instead of having my e-gift cards all in my folders. I can have them all in one place and use them as I need them. Definitely would recommend to friends and family

Disappointed

The first time I used Prezzee was great! However the greatness has slid down the totem pole and is now more than halfway on a very slippery slide.
The last time I was sending a gift card & now being the receiver of the gift card my account password is defunct. I ask to send another & it says look in inbox so no it isn’t in inbox nor spam box.
The concept of using Prezzee is great the actual usage is very flawed. So disappointing- especially when I am the receiver.

Scam alert horrible customer service

Worst customer care! Purchased two different gift cards. First one doesn’t allow me to swap out like supposed to from any of the many options except one. Second gift card I purchased to use immediately for a trip I was going on. Couldn’t even access it or the site to use it. Couldn’t get any help that day and didn’t get a response till a day later after I didn’t need that card anymore. Asked if I could swap it they were insensitive, rude, and felt like I was speaking to a robot. I feel scammed. Be very careful using this app because what you get you can’t swap like it says and you can’t get help for days.

Can’t use the card

Buyer beware. Never do business with a company that doesn’t stand behind their business. I bought a gift card for Royal Caribbean not knowing it was only good for the reservation. I wanted to use it on the ship while cruising. Not an option and now this crap company won’t swap it for another gift card. Don’t do business with either company.
