Store Details

Could you please put a list of store prior to purchasing a Prezzee gift card…. My daughter has brought me 2 cards, one had about 30+ stores to chose from and the second only had about 10 stores. But it does not show you that before you purchase.

Gift card

I’ve given this app no stars at all because only just discovering the existed via purchasing a gift card for food shopping on my Clearpay app buying two previous gift cards and everything being quite straightforward once I’ve got the hang of it my third gift card was built when I used it for the simple reason when I was going to use it would be a time I’d have no money so I previously bought it so when I went and done my shopping being a disabled person I only go shopping once a fortnight with my carer I will round the shops with them queued up for ages to pay for my items only to discover the embarrassment and the shame that I was pulled to one side because my purchase didn’t go through and although they were very nice staff in Sainsburys because they know me being in my local Sainsburys, I was really embarrassed because there was a big queue behind me and I felt really really embarrassed and ashamedI had £30 on the gift card but it was saying there was zero balance and I’ve tried to contact the app and basically heard nothing since so I’ll give this until I get a reply and get my £30 back

Not very intuitive set up a lot of box and nothing works properly

Not really happy how the app works too. Many obstacles seems to be way more complicated than it should be. Update : Subject: Feedback on Activation Process for Prezzee Cards Hi, Thank you for your response. I appreciate your efforts to improve the user experience, but I must express my frustration with the current process. I spent a significant portion of my Sunday morning trying to activate $400 worth of Prezzee cards for someone aged between 40 and 50, who isn't familiar with using various apps. Unfortunately, I found the process to be quite cumbersome and not intuitive, especially since there was no customer support available on a Sunday morning. It seems that the system is more focused on purchasing cards rather than managing them efficiently. I attempted to activate multiple cards, but I couldn't manage them all within the same app session. This lack of intuitiveness is particularly challenging when using either the online or app login. Developers often complicate processes that should be straightforward for the average user. The basic functions—buying, activating, and using the cards—should be simple and user-friendly. For someone unfamiliar with Prezzee cards, the current setup is unnecessarily complex. I hope this feedback helps in simplifying the process for future users. Best regards

This is a good app if you use a lot of different e-gift card

I love how you get the option tk either keep your gift card or give it as a present. Plz don't let me forget how you can even swap ur gift card out for another one if you like to as well

Please know that you only have the option to keep the card or swap it to another brand if you purchase a specific brand in Prezzee platform, this can only be swapped once. However, if you purchase a Prezzee Smart eGift card, you can swap it up to 5 times in different brands available on that specific gift card. Love it

Been using this app for over 6 months and it keep tracks of all my gift card and organized them nicely. I wish they would also show the balance left on each card.

Though there are some brands that will allow us in viewing the card balance in Prezzee, there are just some brands that has more restrictions when it comes to this. Prezzee cards

I’m not sure why the balance on my ecard went from $50 was on the remaining card, when put into the prezzee wallet, $45 was missing leaving only $5, something I forgot to mention also was when I used my ecard at Big W Narellan town centre, I used my ecard using $50 from the card, when it was processed only $35 dollars was paid to Big W from the card but $50 taken off my card,leaving me to make up the other $15 from my own pocket. I let it go
Because of to many problems to fix it, that’s why I stopped using it, leaving $50 in the balance.

This is so easy to use and if someone sends you a gift card you can exchange it for a different one it’s brilliant

Latest update error - issue fixed

Can’t access my Uber gift card a new keep track of spending overlay feature is covering all the info and there’s no way to exit it!
