Not very intuitive set up a lot of box and nothing works properly

I’m having issues with this application right now I can’t get access to my account
This is a good app if you use a lot of different e-gift card

Please know that you only have the option to keep the card or swap it to another brand if you purchase a specific brand in Prezzee platform, this can only be swapped once. However, if you purchase a Prezzee Smart eGift card, you can swap it up to 5 times in different brands available on that specific gift card. I can certainly agree with you and I truly understand the struggles sometimes when we wanted to know the balance of our gift card. Though there are some brands that will allow us in viewing the card balance in Prezzee, there are just some brands that has more restrictions when it comes to this. We still appreciate your feedback and hopefully there will be more brands in the future that will allow their gift card balances to be checked in Prezzee platform. Because of to many problems to fix it, that’s why I stopped using it, leaving $50 in the balance.
