Pretty good

I love this app, but I wish I didn’t have to sync my toothbrush every time I opened the app. It would be great if it would let you edit your brushing routines too.

Logging me out loses all my data and make the app worse than useless

If you app is going to randomly log me out because I dared to use my tooth brush once without having the app open it is just infuriating and make me realise what a bad idea it is to trust you with this data. With reliable record keeping this app is pointless.

Bluetooth issue

Poor customer service

My toothbrush stopped connecting to the app, agents were not helpful. The connection issue was not resolved and the agent disconnected. I spent more time giving my product information/model number than I did getting help.

Sonicare warranty

I love this toothbrush, too bad they don’t last a year though. The part you put the toothbrush on all the sudden becomes loose. The toothbrush is no good when this happens. It is my 3rd in a row diamond clean. It is a good thing for the London drugs warranty, otherwise that 300 dollars I spend on the toothbrush would be a waste.

What About the Watch?

This app seems pretty straightforward and it was easy to connect my brush. But where is the AppleWatch integration. There is no way I’m going to have my phone with me every time I brush my teeth.

Update: Loses connectivity regularly - FIXED

Original review: My toothbrush loses Bluetooth connectivity regularly which is quite annoying as it was one of the cool features that printed me to get this model. I have no idea why it is so challenged when Bluetooth connectivity has become akin to a table stakes feature on every device with a chip and a plug. There has to be an update that will stabilize this other than asking me to forget and re pair my toothbrush every time this happens. UPDATE: Tech support responded to my original review above. They suggested deleting and reloading the app. Skeptically I did this and it appears to have worked. I’ve been waiting on this update for some time to pass thinking this may be a short term fix leading to cycles of delete-reinstall-delete-reinstall but this didn’t happen. It’s been stable and connecting since I did this. Hopefully not jinxing it with this review update but wanted to share for people having similar issue. Uninstall completely and redownload.

Great when it works, but it never works

I’ve been using this for a while now it’s always been buggy, but I was always hoping that it would improve with updates overtime which it hasn’t. I’m only continue to use it because I paid so much for a device that uses this application but honestly, it doesn’t work very disappointed.

Love it

Love this tooth brush I love how much more clean my teeth are and how much more my gums are healthier now that I’ve been using this tooth brush and different brush heads for it. I can’t recommend this tooth brush enough it’s highly worth the purchase and worth the cost.
