Tried this app a couple of times and it is completely useless! Booking a taxi you enter your destination and it tells you how long you will have to wait, but then it refuses to let you confirm your booking, just keeps declining paymentStew9069

Really reliable firm, lovely drivers and the app is great for tracking cabs. Bit difficult to add tip as sometimes that screen disappears when paying by Apple Pay so l am sorry if they are not always going throughrose corton

Half works
This app used to work fine when I first moved to Great Yarmouth, I used it for a booking. Now after an update it always says “Cannot accept bookings at this time”.
Now the app is only useful to keep track of bookings. The bookings have to be made through their website instead and then tracked through the app.
It is a shame as it was very useful before and I’ve had no complaints about the taxi company themselves.Show lessgh256
