This is the best bank any one can have I have no issues with my money I get it when I want it and when I need it it’s good with pay checks as well the best part of this bank is the ring I promise you it’s nothing like accidentally leaving your wallet and you have your ring on and can just Zelle the money to it the greatest life saver ever I dropped my ring from the side of my hip it landed on tile floor so it stopped working ordered a new one the process was easy and fantastic but other wise this is the bank to have on the side 💯💯⚜️

Love this Bank, App needs improvements
I have had nothing but good experiences thus far with this online bank and the debit ring is awesome to have. The app is stable and simple but could use a few extra features. I hear a new app will be launched soon.
Scammed me out of $1400
I deposited $100 to start my account. Then I wanted to transfer money to my brokerage account. So I deposited $1400. Because my account was not open for 30 days I had to do a written wire request form. The wire did not go through even after emailing my broker to check the wire was right; emailed Quontic support to make sure the wire was right. I have all emails as proof. I even sent my id and a picture of me holding my id. After all that they said the wire has to get a second approval. It should take two days. 4 Days later my account is banned AMA I can’t access any of my funds. I literally did everything right. Emailed their team and my brokers team, had all paperwork, id , everything you asked I went above and beyond and now you ban my account. Where is my money!!

Trying hard to avoid new customers
Rejected my application because of a recent change of address. This seems like a questionable choice. People often require a new bank account after a move.
Customer service was not helpful and just asked me to “try again, it may work. But if it is rejected twice, we cannot offer any service to you”.

Good experience
I was looking for a high interest checking account during the pandemic and I found Quontic Bank. I’ve had a good online experience and the new app has all the modern features you need. There’s a snapshot feature where you don’t have to log in to see your balance and current credit score. You get a full Vantage report along with your accounts. Very smooth and easy to navigate.

New App Design and UX
I really like the updated and refreshed mobile app! Great job in picking a new interface to migrate to. Best thing about this bank is the pay ring! It is a conversation starter when I talk to folks about it! One thing I would like to see integrated soon is debit card control. When can we expect that functionality to be enabled in the new version?

So far so good
Besides some small grammatical and textual errors, a pretty good app and banking service . I do wish the app was updated more often though and I question why external transfers are enabled after 30 days. Great responsive customer service.
