The app it’s self has been amazing since day1 and the customer service the best the ring it’s self is perfect 💯 I’m 5’8 I washed my hands and thought I dryer them off well I had my hand by my hip while walking and it slipped off my finger long story short it stopped working so my sure it fits well 💯💯

Pay Ring
I love the pay ring. It’s an excellent feature that no other bank has. I use my ring constantly instead of my debit card because it gives me 1.5% back on all purchases . Also, every time I use my ring it catches the eye of future customers for Quantic. Everyone wants to know more about the ring and the bank itself. I always tell them about the bank and it’s services. I really appreciate the customer service and they are always polite and professional. I want to say, thank you for your service.

Big Improvement Over Previous Version
You can rename and reorder bank accounts on the website and now they show up in the same order on the app. Visually it is nicer now also.
Good experience
I was looking for a high interest checking account during the pandemic and I found Quontic Bank. I’ve had a good online experience and the new app has all the modern features you need. There’s a snapshot feature where you don’t have to log in to see your balance and current credit score. You get a full Vantage report along with your accounts. Very smooth and easy to navigate.

You guys went all out with the update . We won’t talk about the old app because it’s gone now and that’s all that matters. I LOVE this update it makes so much sense. Thank you for changing that.

I love new app! It is exactly how I wanted it to be when I opened an account. It’s visually appealing and easy to understand. Now I can see all my transactions instead of the few it showed me in the last app. Thank you!!
Great app upgrade
The new app has a much better look and feel to it. I especially liked snapshot and the biometric support being up front.

At first glance it feels natural and familiar. I can immediately access the features and information I’m looking for.
Like others, I was initially frustrated with the onboarding process. However, customer support was generally responsive and I was able to link external accounts, and now my account activity is fully functional.

Great Redesign!
I love the new UI change of the app, it looks more modern and is much more intuitive to navigate through!
My only little nitpick is that the Zelle interface hasn’t changed, it looks a little out of place compared to the new UI of the app.

Love this Bank, App needs improvements
I have had nothing but good experiences thus far with this online bank and the debit ring is awesome to have. The app is stable and simple but could use a few extra features. I hear a new app will be launched soon.
