Works great with the exception of the receipts function. Also, someone left a review at the top stating that you can’t transfer out money. I can confirm that this is not the case as I can Zelle large amounts out to any account or withdraw free of charge at many atms (there’s a map that allows you to search by zip). The APY is competitive, the app just needs a little more love from the developers.

It does the job
The app is simple and fairly straightforward. It does the job. Some things are not so intuitive. When depositing checks you have to take the picture yourself rather than the app taking the photo.
Bad App and Even Worse Bank
You have to initiate a transfer from an outside bank, online deposit is utter garbage and the app itself is just horrible. It has terrible UI, for the BTC checking account there is no obvious way to check your balance. At a look it was tempting to open an account but it’s just garbage and you should look elsewhere.

Some of the services that are available on the website should be available on the app. Hopefully it improves over time.

Worst banking platform ever
I don’t understand why anyone would choose to use this bare bones platform when competitors are offering higher interest rates with no minimums or fees. The website and app are just awful to navigate and you have to call for everything.
Waste of time
Opened an account because of the attractive rate. Prior to transferring a larger amount of money, I tried to access the $100 I used to open the account. The amount of time it takes to actually access your money is not worth the interest they pay. Worst bank ever
Never remembers touchID
Awful app for a digital only bank. I have to log in manually every time which defeats the purpose of an app. On top of that, password managers don’t pop up in the app, but do on the mobile site in the browser. Why would anyone use this app?
Not exactly the adaptive digital bank they claim
Great savings rates and rewards but not the best customer service or technology. The biggest issue is customer service is a third party, so nearly all account issues require a ticket that goes to someone actually at the bank that you can’t talk to. Notifications for purchases through the app is sporadic at best and not reliable. The app never loads properly when you tap a notification to launch the app and review the info - it will load to a help screen with no login option or way to go back, so you have to force close the app and start from scratch. Face ID never works - when you try to use it the app puts your username and password all in the same box. Logging in always requires manual intervention. Poor tracking of mobile check deposits - didn’t show in my account for three days (as pending or anything) and customer service couldn’t see it either. The response was I deposited after 4pm but there should still be transaction records to reference.

DO NOT BANK WITH QUONTIC
Customer service is terrible. The app is terrible. It’s been 3 weeks and I still can’t log into my app, and the customer service reps, just keep apologizing but nothing gets fixed. Do not bank with this financial institution.
