Customer Service is terrible
I had high hopes for this bank until I discovered their customer service is nonexistent. Phone takes 20min per call to get a person. Emailing got no response.

Bad bank, bad app
I would love to love this bank and app but every experience I have is frustrating. The app feels very beta with limited abilities and many features hidden or unavailable. In-app assistance is bare minimum and incomplete. Other means of support are unable to answer to any app blindnesses. For better or worse apps are part of the banking experience and my experiences here are driving me to close my accounts.

Bad. Just Bad.
I was interested because I heard about the Bitcoin checking account. I opened an account last week and transferred funds but they’re still not added to the available balance. The app looks very outdated and not very functional for modern banking. Just a waste of time and money since my deposit is tied up for weeks and unavailable. Scam.

Cannot login
I cannot even login. It says that they cannot process my request....
Buggy and crashes on my iPhone X
I keep trying to set up transfers on it via Zelle and it keeps freezing up. I cannot view my accounts after that or even just log off. It completely freezes. Somethings need fixing it seems.
