I really love the product, features, and honestly the aesthetic of the brand and experience. Branding is on point, but I truly feel their app falls short of that and needs a ton of work. It’s not a smooth experience, even on flagship Apple pro devices, and just feels like a shortcut to their mobile site. I’d like bigger bolder simpler transaction logs, and I’m not sure if they use a vendor for transaction enrichment, but that could use some work too. Better card security options like lock / unlock, maybe a virtual card number but that may be asking too much? An account overview would be awesome I think a lot of features aren’t known to users and they’re all great selling points to the free account so maybe someplace to list those out.
