  • Absolutely unreliable!!

    It's unbelievable how a major bank like UOB cannot get this right!!! All other banks have seamless apps that never take forever to log in, move from screen to screen or verify anything..this app is hopelessly rubbish!! Go fix it UOB!! Shame!

    Such a confusing app, not intuitive, particularly complex how they present and reconcile credit card information. Tempted to move banks!

    this app has given me so much problem! not being able to setup mighty token, can’t even do any mighty fx transactions, can’t even view my account transactions!! the only error prompted was “we can’t connect right now...”!!! so frustrating!!!! 😡😡😡😡
  • Joke App

    Freezes regularly, no access st all other times, someday I just need to reboot the phone itself to get simple access to see my account. As for Mighty, it’s laugh out loud bad, unpredictable and you end up begging fir a otp just to move things on. Worst app ever..Even trying to post this is farcical- every nickname I pick is already taken and I’m making up ludicrous words now!

  • Slow SMS and rewards prompt is annoying

    Stop the annoying rewards prompt. There’s a tab and keep it there. This is a bank app as I see it, stop prompting anything that is unrelated.

    SMS of token is slow, can take up to a minute to receive. Slow SMS + another action to close the dumb rewards prompt = bad user experience. It’s a chore every time I have to use it.

  • UOB Mighty app keeps hanging

    Dear UOB, can u please plead with your App developers to improve this App? Your App keeps stalling & banking shouldn’t be so inconvenient for your customers. Please do something!!!
  • I downloaded only coz I need D soft token 2 log in but seeing so many negative reviews is SCARY!

    UOB, please, if you care about how your customers think about your capability and products, do something when you see so many terrible reviews!!! How others have experienced your products and services affects the confidence level of your subsequent and potential customers. Please don’t stop improving!

  • Please hire OCBC’s engineers to build your app

    Writing my first Apple store review because this app is just poor. Poor interface, completely unintuitive and un-user friendly. I had to google how to find certain things on the app when the app navigation should have considered friendliness of your interface. Moreover, it is a nightmare trying to find anything on the app, there are too many things going on. While I get that Mighty Secure is meant to ensure security of transactions, it really is a Mighty Pain to use. Take a leaf out of OCBC’s book, please. Their app is simple but it gets the job done.

  • Total Rubbish

    This system is the worst banking system I have ever used. I thought Singapore would be far better than this junk.
  • Totally useless - & UOB can’t be bothered to fix it.

    The UOB “Mighty” (an absolute misnomer!) app is a totally useless app which has a deviant mind of its own - usually inclined not to work! More often than not, I am unable to login using BOTH password and touch (finger print). Worse still, it keeps on asking for touch login to be enabled - although I gave already done so time & time again. Hugely infuriating and, notwithstanding my Privilege banking status, my complaints are ignored - and nothing is done by UOB’s really rubbishy IT department! UOB’s apathy demonstrates how customer unfriendly it is - and how little they care about service quality & their own reputation. I will be certainly increasing my use of DBS and reducing the business I give UOB!
