Absolute rubbish
UOB this app is an embarrassment. It makes it really hard to transfer money from one person to another. I would choose a different bank just because of this. Can you just copy the DBS app instead?Grandson39
Not efficient enough
I have been going back and forth just to simply update my email address. Was prompted to reinstall secure mighty again but then at the end, I never received the sms otp. I tried installing touchid but the app encounters some issues. I’ve used it successfully on other tasks like transferring money but there’s just some things that I have trouble with on this app vs the DBS app for instance. Hope it will be easier to use in the future.Show lessRedstar888
Horrible Update
UOB, please change your app developer. This is horrible. Keeps crashing! The revolving icon while loading is annoying and irritating to say the least. An update is supposed to make life better, not miserable. The whole app is so slow that you can go on a toilet break every time you switch a new currency.Show lessZenKah
Worse and worse
Original app was ok. Modified to require sms otp? What a waste of time considering my credit card under apple pay can swipe away money immediately with just my thumb print.

Honestly, FIX IT!
UOB, I never write reviews. But honestly, this app roll out is disgraceful. As others have mentioned, the Secure Mighty token continuously resets and “requires activation.” After trying every way possible within the app to reset the Mighty token, I’ve found the only way to actually accomplish activation is to delete the app and reload it - starting the process all over again. It’s been like this for over two months - THIS IS NOT A MINOR BUG! But rather core functionality. The only way to make An online transfer is to have the token activated and working! Perhaps more attention should be paid on core banking functions and not “lifestyle” cross-marketing within the app? Seriously UOB, you need to fix this ASAP, otherwise I and many other customers will be leaving. Rated 1 star b/c ‘0’ is not an option.Show lessDisturbed UOB Customer

The latest version has far too much on it. Most folks want an app like this for a quick check or single banking action. The other stuff is available elsewhere and just gets in the way.

Extremely buggy
I finally had mighty secure working but it seems to have been disabled and there is no way to enable it again despite following the instructions. The general interface is pretty poor as well in contrast with other banking apps eg N26. Pretty fed up with UOB.mombetsu
The worst online bank App
Can’t believe that the App send me the OTP and then failed when I input the OTP. I have to go to the bank to get the registration. Such a bad experience. I'm thinking wether have any other problems when I start using the card.Summer8210
Detrimental Move
I have never been more upset with a banking app service. I don't understand why their UX designers don't get that a visual update means absolutely nothing when you killed usefull features and ruined estaished habits of users. Please get your act together and stop ruining it for loyal customersitida89
Terrible
After setting up everything, the app resets all settings. Mighty secure requires login? Selected preview resets. Mighty token resets to SMS OTP. Contactless withdrawals reset. Every damned setting resets every damned logout. You have one target device OS for this app and it's not working properly.
