Improved design, but loss in functionality
I was excited by the UOB app, and the improved design gave a great first impression. Unfortunately, it now takes longer to get things done. Even though I set up Mighty Secure during the initial onboarding, the app doesn’t seem to remember that, and I need to use SMS OTP for every transaction. Furthermore, my Quick View settings are not persisted between app sessions.
Great effort, and this could have been something good, but this app was released before it was ready to launch (I.e. without comprehensive testing), and has given me a negative impression of UOB.Show lesshappyuser13245
Excessive promotional notifications
The app works fine - sure it could be better in places user experience wise but I had to drop a star for their excessive push notifications of promotions. I need my banking app to do just that - banking.shaunyap
GUI needs improvement
Good attempt at a banking app overall. GUI needs to improve further. Currently the tasks that you use least shows up to on the top of some sections. Lack many features.kobemanish
Annoying App
Bloody annoying with all the promotional messages with no way to turn them off. Please provide an option for customers to turn off memos, notices or promotional messages. I hate to open this app just to remove the notifications.Jon Cash
App glitches
I have register for mighty secure 3 times now. And the app is still asking me to register.
The app shows me 7 notifications on top of the app but when I open the app there is nothing there to see. I delete the app and reinstall and the 7 notification is still there.

Poor App and poor customer care concern
One of the worst App ever encountered. I have accounts in other international banks and I operate through app without calling anyone for assistance. Independently I can make beneficiaries, I can transfer to other international bank following the instructions in app. Incase if UOB it’s a useless app, for everything you need to consume your cell phone balance and then with lots of ifs and buts they get your job done. It’s not security’s poor application and non seriousness of Bank administrations and poor customer care concerns.Show lessdrsqb16
Is it the phone or token that has a higher chance of being stolen ?
UOB should not force people to make this app the default authentication method. Stick to the user’s preference. Is the 2FA Token less reliable ? If not, have you considered whether the phone or the token is more likely to be lost, hence compromising security ? This app has most annoyingly confused and inconvenienced me. I seldom give one-star rating. You have it because you chose to make yourself a nuisance instead of trying to add value.Show lessJ88-2010
Useful but buggy
Great features but often requires a forced restart to complete authentication. Also, doesn’t display UOB rewards UNI$ balance correctly.Kidon0

The app just got updated today, and finally support for iPhone X? But failed to sign me in?!! I’m sure the Ferrari driving bankers are having iPhone too, are they so proud to show off to others a not working app?!! Have they even try harder? Or blame the cheaply paid third party vendor who develop the app? Are the banker still after a fatter bonus to buy their next Maserati? Took them a whole year to embrace full screen? Keeps freezing!
App keeps freezing after mighty secure update!! No longer able to use app at all eg to check my account balance or transfer funds - please urgently fix!dgntld
