Pretty and practical

What a pretty and user friendly site! And love their salads, soups and smoothies, too!

Tried to create account and order. Stuck in loop of trying to log in but can’t log in without verifying, then i verify, and it wants me to login but tells me i need to verify. Finally got in, form doesn’t use standard credit card loading so I’m supposed to get out my card and enter a number? Forget that. I ordered from somewhere else.

No sense of wait time

I would give it zero stars if I could. Lousy user interface is not as bad as the fact that it takes your money and gives you a 15 minute ETA. Sometimes it takes them more than an hour to get your food ready and app is. It connected to tell you the ETA. I gave up my money twice already. No more!

Love the Restaurant

Love Sweetleaf they have the best staff and quality food. The activate account instructions via email for the updated app was a bit confusing. I’d probably add more detail/make sure it’s up to date. I couldn’t find “activate account” anywhere on the app. Didn’t realize I had to click on the image that was sent to me via password reset email. Already had an account previously.

Other system worked—this not so much

I just finally gave up. Tired of being asked to sign in and still having issues

New update lost rewards, no Apple Pay, and can’t customize to make vegetarian (chicken for tofu) without being charged extra.

Reward Lost and No Help Feature

With the app updating to this new version, my free salad reward that I redeemed using points has disappeared. I tried contacting Sweet Leaf Cafe with the online “Contact Us” option multiple times and have not received a response (since january 16). The app does not have a option to submit a problem or ask for help. Please look into this and have a channel for your customers to contact you!?

Garbage update Jan 2024

Nearly unreadable font and ridiculous ridiculous process to transfer account and re-enter payment info. Took me 20 minutes of trial and error. Get a clue and look into Apple Pay.

New Update to the app doesn’t work

Removed the customization settings and since the app has updated I can no longer login yet it tells me my phone number is associated to an existing account. Fix please!

can’t cancel order

accidentally ordered twice and the app doesn’t allow me to cancel.
