Poorly constructed online app.
First time I have used the app and the last 3 different salads I have tried to order have been “not available —-/please modify order.” If item is not available there must be someway to let user know before ordering.
Custom fail
The salad was made way ahead of time but the dressing was not on the side. I was not sure if the extra protein was included.

Sesame seeds everywhere
Recently changed their menu. You can have any baguette as long as it is crusted with sesame seeds. Please offer some plain baguettes. Other than that we eat here at least 2x week mostly the salads now.
App doesn’t line up with store offerings
In general, the app interface is fine. However, there is a critical flaw that makes it useless for me: the app has recently switched to disallow the ordering of salads in the morning, despite the fact that the store I’m ordering from is happy to give me one in person! This also despite the fact that the app allowed this in the past. This totally invalidates my use of the app to order my lunch to pick up on my way into the office.
