Why was I charged?
I was charged $1.00 for linking my credit card with the app!!!! I was not given any notice that they’d charge me. Why does a company charge costumers extra for linking a card that would be used for buying their product?????
Ordering
App sometimes remember past orders but if we want to reorder it, it won’t give the option to change pickup store. Waste of time!
Simple to use and pay, and get discounts
I only use the App to pay at Sweet Leaf. I don't know what other uses there are for the Ap.
It works on my iPhone every time, but occasionally the store location has a network issue, so you should carry another payment method just in case.
I get a $2 discount every few purchases so this works as well as I need it to. Hope it works for you too. (No, I am not paid for this or any review.)

Requires User to Purchase Add-Ons
I can no longer order a grain bowl as is. I had to select additional dressing and an additional topping to complete my order, which increases the cost of the order. Please fix your form validation to not require selecting add-ons, as it forces the user to spend more money than they want to.
Easy to use for online orders, rewards and quick pay
Super easy to use, plus I get rewards every time I get some thing. Really easy to place online orders for pick up and if you forget your wallet you can pay with the app.
The App Is So Useless
The app is useless because you can't put your points on it for your gift cards only credit/debit cards. Me and my friends were all mad because when we went to get are points and spend them from are gift cards they said no we don't use them anymore we were so mad because we have been going there for years and you couldn't get your money from the gift cards we were all so mad and the thing is I have allergies so they know to be careful but the worst part is we didn't know about it so the day we went in to get the points and spend them I was mad so mad so I haven't been there in 2 months I don't think I will ever go back we are going to call headquarters because of that I would rate it zero stars but I won't!!! 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

Great place to eat-useless app
you can only get rewards if you purchase and pay through the app. Yet the sweetleafs I go to do not have this enabled even. Why even advertise it in the stores. Useless.
