It could be better!
I often get logged out
When using the app if I adjust brightness or exit the app for a second the app has to refresh
Is not like it needs to be refreshed that often. My manager doesn’t do changues often and there’s no need to program the app to get refreshed that often!
It used to keep me logged in for weeks and lately I have to log in every day!!Show lessLuju1.1

I just hate that every time I need to look at my schedule I have to entirely log in. I wish it allowed a user to stay logged in so it’s easier to quickly view my schedule.Dayjaaaaaaa
So many issues
The app does successfully achieve any of the functions one needs in a work schedule app. Still trying to get my sick hours logged. Interface could use some helpJaxdead
Please update this app
I am forced to use this app due to the company I work for. But this app is so outdated. And there is no way I am able to use it on desktop due to that version being horribly designed. So frustrating. Update it please.360 victim x
Much potential, but so far to go…
I really like the ability to see tip outs and actual punches, and push notices for break periods are amazing. However, it lacks the intuitive UX that When I Work offers. So much so that despite the additional features of SpotOn, I would go back to WIW in a heartbeat if my employer was using both. Navigating to messages and customizing alerts is so clunky, it looks like it was designed as web based software ported to phone. I’m not trying to be snarky, it’s genuinely clumsy to use and contains confusing language that might make sense to the programmers, but not to end users.
The biggest complaint I have is the lack of calendar sync for iPhone, it’s 2023, I shouldn’t have to input my work schedule manually! For an app focused on the service industry this is a huge miss, my schedule is inconsistent week to week as is the case with most others in the industry as well.Show lessmr.brentley
Crashes
I’m on iPhone 14 pro max and this app is constantly crashing when I try to open it, and it also sometimes tries to some stupid multitasking and it randomly opens a blank google chrome tab that I don’t even need when I’m just trying to load up and check my schedule. Hotschedules is far superior to this app. Y’all should take notes from themShow lessUpFaII

But can you add the option to choose days and weeks that we want to display from a calendar view so that we don’t have to press the arrow five times to view a different month in our schedule?Ryan12011
Won’t let me sign in
I have an account and can sign in on the website, but when I try to sign in on the app it says it doesn’t recognize my information with a company. I’m quite annoyed and don’t want to use the app given it doesn’t work.spoton?
needs updating so bad
Fully functional app but absolutely awful interface. Logs me out every time I go into app. Even when using the app if I swipe away and go back it needs to reload. Forces me to use landscape mode. All this amongst many other problems. Sad to see this has been a problem for years.mattp2819475
Trash wish my company didn’t use this crap
Never works slow clunky terrible interface and just in general a terrible user experience I hope to never use this again in the future luckily I got promoted and am now on salary and never have to clock in again thx heavens since the constant glitches and forced password resets.LaurentHill
