Good but notifications aren’t working
I have had this app since October of last year. It works mostly great but I have a problem with the notifications not working on the app. I am sent notifications but when I go into the app to click the bell, it says, “Something went wrong. An unknown error has occurred. Please try again.” I have logged out and logged in to see if that would fix it. Didn’t work. I updated the app thinking that would fix it because I didn’t know that I missed an update. Nope. Still saying the same thing. I tried to report the problem but it only brings up an article about setting it up. I did that when I first got the app. It is frustrating to keep getting notifications, but not being able to see what they are in the app. I hope this can get fixed quickly.Show lessUsed to be great
Over the last month, there have been plenty of notification issues. Every time I come in here to report an issue with the notifications, it says it needs to update. The first time the toggle would not stay on for push notifications and for the first time ever, I started receiving text messages. Spent days playing around with different ways of setting the notification settings to keep the toggle turned on for push notifications. I couldn’t figure it out, so I came here to report a bug with the app but I see that there’s an update, so I update the app. Now the push notifications toggle will stay on, but I’m still receiving the text messages and not any of the push notifications. The setting is supposed to work where if you have push notifications turned on, you’re not supposed to receive text messages. I updated the app again today and am still not receiving the push notifications. I saw that support reached out to another person on here having the same issues stating that they will help them set up their notification settings. It’s not that we need help setting up the notifications. There is a bug that is causing the push notifications to not work and I could not find a way to report the issue with the app without leaving a review.Show lessDeveloper Response

As an employee of someone who uses 7 shifts, it would be wonderful if that when I request time off that there is a choice between overriding my recurring schedule or implementing my requests into my recurring schedule for that specific week. For example, when I’m requesting a Thursday-Saturday off in a specific week in March, my Monday and Tuesday of that week are changed from are changed from my regular availability to completely available. In this scenario, when my boss takes a look at at my availability for that week it’ll show that I’m available Tuesday and Monday ALL DAY when I actually never made any changes to my recurring schedule.
Possible fixes
1. When submitting week specific time requests then have an option of whether or not to override my recurring schedule or to implement it into my recurring schedule and not change days of that week that I did not change.
2. WARN people that this will override their recurring schedule. The only reason I know is because I sat down with my boss and showed them what I see and they showed me what they saw on their side. If I hadn’t, there is no way for me to know that through your app.Show lessDeveloper Response
