Needs lots of updating
One of the worst schedule apps out there. It’s constantly reloading the page and is so slow. It also looks like it hasn’t received any aesthetic updates since 2010. It could be way smoother and easier to use.AyeItsHailey

Always Logs me Out
There’s an option to “Keep Me Signed In” but it never does. It is frustrating working in a fast paced industry with fluid schedules and constant shift swaps and the app doesn't save my password nor lets my iPhone the option to save it to my passcode. I’ve had to reset my password every other week. If banking apps with far more sensitive information can keep me logged in, no excuse for Dolce.Show lessRRibz12

Barely functional
The app hardly works at all. Loading times are hilariously long, sometimes it doesn’t load at all. You can’t check your notifications or switch to another app without the app giving a loading screen and then returning to the start screen.Toxic Wheatley
Needs updating
The app would work better if when you scrolled to another app (for example my calender) to correlate when you work your shifts, & then you go back to dolce, it brings up a loading bar and then brings you back to the homepage (not where I left off). Why does it have to reload the app every time you click on it? Why can’t it just bring you back to where you left off? I don’t understand why this problem can’t be fixed on the app. It makes it very frustrating that it when I click back on the app two seconds later it first gives me a loading bar that takes 5 seconds and then takes me to the homepage that serves no purpose. It just has a bunch of check marks. Why can it not take you exactly where you left off like a normal app and not have to “load”. This feels like I am using the internet 10 years ago. Please fix this problem... it literally has a loading bar just going to different categories, making the app frustrating and not effortless.Show lesssumbre33

Clunky and hard to use
This app is just awful. I hate that my restaurant uses it. Every time it updates I have to completely re-sign in and reset my password every...single...time. 2 or 3 failed tries and you are blocked. For what security purpose? My phone is already protected and now this? Very frustrating. Also, every time I go to look at another app like my calendar or email to coordinate dates it takes me back to the dolce clock home screen and I have to start all over again. Also, the calendar sync only works one week at a time. You should be able to sync with google calendar once like other apps. Not every single week! So much wrong with this app. I’m pushing for my restaurant to get something else.Show lessmdalke83
