Easy & Fun

Have used this for nearly a month and love it, it gives me clear goals each day and even when I’m not feeling overly motivated it gives great satisfaction to see how much of daily goals I achieve!
Would recommend this to any one who needs help setting realistic and achievable goals

Fabulous app!

Love everything about this app. So easy to set up and use, doesn't overload you with notifications or ads, only takes moments to track items, and the tools are super-useful. I've been using for a week and already it's part of my routine.

The only suggestions I have are:
* It would really useful to be able to download the Insights - I love that you can see how the different categories impact mood, but being able to see them all together in one chart would be the next step
* Graphics could be improved upon

All-in-all the best app of this kind; thank you developers! 😁

Can’t go wrong - love all the customization available!

I’ve tried almost all of the mood/CBT/depression/anxiety/mental health apps on the market and I can’t say enough good things about Moodfit. You can track as few or as many things as you’d like - from mood and sleep to mindfulness, medication, and socialization. It offers encouragement and tips to help you navigate your way out of a negative mood, and you can add as many or as few details as you want. The smallest of caveats - I wish the weekly reports had a bit more summarization, but with some things (like gratitude), I know that can be hard to do. Maybe a question at the end of the gratitude section, e.g. how grateful do you feel today, would help? Overall, though, again, you can’t go wrong with this app.

This actually helps

I’ve been using the app now for a month. Right from the start I found it helpful in coping with Chronic Illness (ME), and Depression. The app gives me real encouragement every day, good ideas for self-care, and challenges to negative perspectives. It’s weekly round-up of recorded mood & goals really helps show changes & connections clearly.

Holy Awesome App, Batman

Seriously the easiest app to use ever. I'm BP1 and it's so freaking helpful if I actually use it. It's free and it works.

I understand there are plenty of other options on the market for mood journals but this app's easy interface keeps me using it. I'm still learning new stuff daily with it but I love it. I've tried others, and keep a handwritten journal, & calendar app on my phone. This is little effort and works. The less effort the more likely I return. Just saying. We all lazy in some aspects. If I'm having a manic episode it walks me through prompts with simple questions.

Customer service has been great too & genuinely like their jobs and want to help.

Note: I'm not paid to write this review. I want people to try this. I love trying new things.

Life saver

I have been wishing there was an app like this for so long. I suffer from mental illness and CBT/DBT are two things I have been teaching myself. Having an app notify my to check in with my emotions is honestly a life saver. I’ve used this only for a few days but it’s so beneficial. I think everyone in the world can benefit from using it. So happy!

Great app for putting things in perspective

I use this app really to track my sleep, mood, and meditation. So far, it has worked great. The mindfulness records are amazing, no annoying meditation music, just a calming voice and silence. Very soothing especially as a last minute meditation exercise before sleep.

Great little app

On first look, yes it is quite basic in terms of design and what it does. But it makes up for that with the motivational notifications and regular bits of information about thinking. I've used it for over a week and found it's helped me to consider what is best for me and not be hard on myself.
There are lots of things that can be tracked to see how they affect your mood. I've started with gratitude, mindfulness and mood.
Wish list would be more ideas in the tools bit and a fancier design, but for free this app is great and I wanna say thanks to the creators!

Mood and Gratitude

I have only been using this app for a week, but I love it already. I love the tips and it advice it gives. The app makes it fast and easy to journal what I am grateful for and my mood. The meditations are very helpful and relaxing. I love this app! Best of all it's free! There aren't even any pop up ads or in-app purchases.

Good app

I really like this app for tracking my mood. It's simple to use and you can decide what you want to track, how many times a day you want to track your mood, exercise, weather, whatever. You can change it every day and add custom categories. It's very positive, it offers advice on bad days but isn't pushy or preachy.
