  • Garbage Camera, Garbage App

    After two hours of trying to get things working, the app simply would not connect to my Wansview camera. It would not even work via the fall back “wired” setup method. The woman who answered the support number barely spoke English and didn’t have a clue how to help.

    Wansview is trash, don’t bother with them.
  • Back On Wonderfully

    Delete and Reload it like the 1st time. I am changing my review from 1 to 5 after Deleting & Reloading again. It was not able to connect for a while but I just thought about deleting and Reloading it again and It works perfect with perfect view and recording! Excellent app.
  • Great basic app

    I bought a camera online and was a little worried about the rating for this app. I can now see people are idiots. Its a perfect basic app for quality $30 cameras.
  • Safe your money

    The cameras WiFi range is this short, it is not able to receive a signal from one room into another. Worked for a few days and than stopped working. Only purple flashing light which means it can get a signal. And again it proves me right... don’t buy electronics made in China.
  • Send motion recordings

    The way they have their systems set up doesn’t make linking your camera to your account easy in the least bit. Good camera but what’s the use having one that doesn’t record correctly

    Absolutely beautiful picture does not have a large range for Wi-Fi tried to put one in the garage but it cannot connect and I have top-of-the-line Wi-Fi does not give any kind of alerts when someone walks in front of the camera or moves like other cameras a bed that I believe should be addressed otherwise for the price I guess everything’s OK
  • Wanted to love it

    I loved this when I first got it as a camera for my son’s nursery, but when the update on the app happened, now my camera is constantly offline and will not reconnect. I have to toss it and get another camera and app since this stopped working. If they would fix the problem, I would use it and buy more cameras, but not like this! I’m very upset!

    Just bought the camera over weekend had the most difficult time setting it up. It would not stay connected to the WiFi and none of our other devices have any trouble with our WiFi. I eventually had to set it up using the the Ethernet cable. Once it finally seemed to be working. I get to work the next day and go to check on my pet and the camera is disconnected again. I live in tiny apartment, the modem isn’t even 50feet away and this stupid camera can’t keep a WiFi connection.

    I like the camera but their customer service is not that great they don’t answer the number listed I set my camera to motion they go to a file to view I can’t view anything it won’t open it states to open a google account I need help I messaged last Wednesday asking for someone to call me on my cell since I can’t get a rep it’s now Sunday still no call or reply

    It works pretty decent with WiFi connected to the device you are using and lan hooked up to our camera. Not great quality “1080” still isn’t good but a decent device to use for simply checking the pets.
