App is garbage
When it works, it is great! However for the last 2 days it will not connect to the thermostat so I have to go manually adjust the temp anyways. It has worked on occasion and it's a great idea but when it doesn't work it is a real inconvenience.NikkiG0505
Terrible App, but thermostat works
We recently bought a house that had this thermostat already installed. We have had it for 6 months and it’s been working for us, but we cannot figure out how to set up wifi, it’s pretty complicated and the app is not user friendly. I would give it a 5 stars if I were able to control it with my mobile device, but I’m giving it a 3 stars instead because we haven’t had any issues with the thermostat so far, we put in on auto and have it be on a schedule, which does well. We have never experienced it just turn off or reset itself unexpected. But here’s to hoping 🤞🏼Show lessOh mars
Alexa control
Sometimes the server will go down when they are doing an update and they are still producing newer models. Every once in a while they shut off the server to do updates on the app be patient give it one or two days when this happens and it should be up and running again to use with your smart speaker.Show less007agentMatt
App needs a fix
Cannot get the app to correctly show what the thermostat settings are. It seems to send the change I am trying to make but does not update on the app itself. Look at all the other poor reviews. The app developer needs to take some pride in their work.DigitalDogg

Terrible App
I have tried multiple times to get this app to work properly. It never does. The date and time will not stay on the correct setting, thus the scheduled time/temperature is always incorrect. I cannot adjust the temperature in the app either. I have even tried resetting the thermostat several times. I have had this for 2+ years and at this point wish I never installed this, worst app and thermostat.Show lessMMNiece

Cannot register
The app won’t let me register for an account. The “creat account” (wait, creat? That’s right!) button never lights up after filling the form out. I’ve tried every form of password I can think of, caps, small letters, special characters, numbers all at least 8 characters. No working combination can be found.Show lessdogpiccer
