I have had to contact this company during many snowstorms because of the kinks in the software. If you live in a cold climate make sure you’ve got back up. From my experience, sooner or later you’ll need it. Claudia the customer service gal is absolutely no help at all and rude. The technicians barely communicate via email and after waiting a week, I’m still waiting. I wish I could give 1/2 a star instead one 1 star.Show lessjoiLove3
App isn’t working
I can’t even login anymore it won’t recognize my username or password !! What a waste

App and company is unreliabke
The more they program, the worse it gets. App currently does not work with latest iOS on iPhone or iPad - Sign In Error. No easy way to reach company as English is a second language and there is no follow through after initial response that never solves the issue.---$Swekman$---
Unreliable
I’ve had a Vine thermostat for years and just when it seems to be reliable issues occur specifically from the app.
Error messages occur stating
“Parameter error” and you cannot adjust the temperature which means if there is no one home to do it manually your going to receive a very expensive electric bill.

This is ridiculous!!
The app keeps saying it’s offline. My thermostat is locked and the only way to unlock is to unplug. The app won’t even notice my commands. Their server is ridiculous! Don’t waste your money!deep dung 869

DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK THERMOSTAT! No matter what we try it won’t connect to the wifi and we have spent a couple hours trying to get it to connect. Wish I read the reviews before we bought this dinosaur. I wish we could give it negative stars. Not worth the time or frustration of the install. Garbage
This app is garbage. It never works. Always times out or is refreshing. I also find the actual thermostat temp is higher than I set it for. Ex: I set it for 69 but somehow it’s 70 and heat is still blowing. Don’t buy this thermostat or you’ll be stuck with this garbage appNo more 1234567
Will not connect to Wi-Fi
Have gone through the instructions several times and cannot get the device to connect to Wi-Fi. Have attempted to call customer support to no avail - device asks for network name and password… then requests you connect to it via Wi-Fi and return to the app. Have done this but when back in the app (now connected to the device) nothing happens to finish setup.Show lessAnthonyMF3
