This game can be extremely challenging for new people to understand but just give it time you will probably die a lot but take your time, loot everything you can and don’t try to push far into the game quick cause you’ll just be pushed back by level constraints, also gas doesn’t grow on trees you will find your self running out of gas often, in a future update they should add a way to craft gas and des. I recommend you don’t buy premium or pay for anything until you get far into the game about to Moscow or tufa at least

What is happening
This was my all time favorite game for years. The story, quests, and end game were awesome, generally well balanced, and a lot of fun. I enjoyed it even after the survivor camps update. Now it has been trashed. You can’t just overhaul the entire combat system while making sweeping changes to the value of currencies. My 120k iron nuts are now worth less than 60k. That’s hours and hours quite literally gone to pot. The new quests at the bases are also hundreds of kilometers away, making it highly unlikely that anyone will even break even doing quests. Also at camps, we have the utterly worthless wheel of pay to win. I’ve yet to mention the most atrocious, most heinous crime against the player base. When a player base has an almost entirely negative ongoing reaction to an update, maybe it’s because the update is hot garbage and utter trash, which will not be helped by banning players for voicing their opinions. I will not be returning to this game unless there is a professional evaluation of what the devs really want to happen. Make the game pay to win? Bye bye no more players. Keep it interesting with minimal upheaval during updates? We all might come back.

DO NOT update if you haven’t update yet
The new update introduces: 1. INFLATION! 2. No more rest bonus; 3. Nerfed fishing and fish; 4. Insane enemy (5+ enemies with 3000+ armor/health) 5. New components! That is expensive to buy or very few through search; 6. Quest with less reward (110 BR for a clear beast den quest that need to fight 5+ bee queen’s guard with 3000+ health, free+counter attack); 7. You will lost your main mission reward the infinite coal forge! 8. Food is nerfed! 9. Negative is stackable and last longer, while positive effect duration is shorter! 10. The cost for ammunition is GREATLY increased due to buffed enemy and crossbow is not buffed (the most cost effective weapon) and the gun ammo price is quadrupled. 11. A lot of salable junks that are basically junks. And much more to be explore! Suggest just quit this game until a newer update.

New update makes the game unplayable
I’ve played this game for years and I used to love it. I played every day and even though some quests or tasks were tough, it was fun, exciting, and challenging. The new update has completely ruined the game for me. I was at level 62 and suddenly the red outlined houses within towns have opponents with insane armour and health! Some items have been removed from crafting, it takes more or different components to craft or repair items, and some of these items you of course don’t have in your inventory because they never existed before! Resting now drains all of your food and water and food and drink items restore way less than they used to. I restarted the game on the easiest mode to see if that would help but now when searching you mostly find items to sell and aren’t able to craft anything to help you. And of course there isn’t a village in the first part of the game so you have useless items and don’t have the components you actually need to survive. This used to be my favorite game to play and now I hate it.

Insane game
I really enjoy this game but it is way too hard to level up. I grinded for 2 hours and only got 3 levels from lvl 27 to 30. The motorbike is unlocked at level 40 and I can’t progress campaign without motorbike. When you die you lose one of these levels that you spend time grinding for. PleSe make it easier to level up

Great game till recently
So the devs restructured every thing basically making a new game. Many things like the searching and cooking are well good but you changed everything from the map to the gameplay let us go back to the old versions and now we can’t even earn Caps by watching ads this is a free version we couldn’t abuse the save system only your paid users i would also suggest adding a speed button and increase some loot amounts. The save system is probably the worst part in the past it allowed you to risk it all and see if you could do something now you have to play in a overly cautious and not fun way the death penalty feels like you should just start over especially if you lost your vehicle or fuel.
EDIT: the game play is even worse now. The game is no longer even about survival after the initial areas now it’s about doing quests from what ever NPC base you’ve decided to stay at for a bit and then not playing until the next day before you could get lost in the hours of scavenging and crafting getting a real sense of being in a lonely wasteland NOW ITS JUSTS QUEST AFTER QUEST TO EARN MONEY. Capitalism somehow survived true end of civilization and its even worse because of the daily timers

Movement issue with the map
So one of the updates from a while back has made it that 1 tap of the map makes you instantly walk/drive there but before this change you had to double tap which was way more convenient so that you didn’t accidentally try going across the whole map. Please at least make this optional it’s super annoying.

But why???:(
I loved that game. It was great. Mix of Fallout,S.T.A.L.K.E.R and Wasteland. Storyline was great and atmospheric. I was even crying at the end of it. But you turned it into not realistic pay to win game. Please don’t cut out old content, add new. You deleted tank, helicopter, armored personnel carrier. BELAZ is useless now. I can’t possibly fix it without being nearby the city. It breaks all dreams of survival in post nuclear wasteland of USSR. I beg you please do something. I hope you will hear me

Wasted so much time
I’m really liking the game but it’s *so easy*. I played a few hours on easy and it was too easy. Then started completely over and played a few hours on normal and it was too easy. Then I purchased Premium and started over and played a few hours on hard and it’s still super easy. Does the game get difficult? I don’t want to invest more hours in the game only to find out that Hard gets impossible and have to start over for a fourth time a lower difficulty level!
EDIT: Wow, that’s *exactly* what happened. Everything in every difficulty level is easy until you get to the fishing village. So I wasted more hours on Hard, then dropped down to Normal and wasted more hours, and now I’m back to where I started: Easy. That’s not good at all. Players need to be able to gauge the difficulty of a game without investing - for me so far - 12 HOURS. Not sure if I’ll continue playing. 5 stars downgraded to 3.
Also, progress isn’t getting synced between devices even though I gave it more than 8 hours to sync. Both devices are connected to the internet.
