CUSTOMER SERVICE? THERE IS NONE!
Poor show all round. App forever kicking you out and password not recognising. When you book & manage to get your tickets heaven help you if the event doesn’t go ahead and is cancelled. Then the app doesn’t give you the option to request refund as it suggests. Contacting customer service by phone if you ask to raise complaint there is no set timeframe to be dealt with. My manager is on holiday and there’s no one else to speak to and ‘we’re just the middle man and do not have funds to refund’. No call backs attempted to discuss in over a week and then a surprise chat reply via app that vanish and don’t save once read. Email direct from event states everyone will be refunded in full once their insurance refund settles and an update within fourteen days. Skiddle chat reply part refund and keeping booking fee. So much for the no funds in the purse and having to wait however long it takes. Conflict of info and never dealt with anything like this ever. Will never use again ever no matter who uses them as they quote ‘middle man’.

Pointless
About the only thing this app gives you that you can’t get from just using Apple Wallet is the ability to search and find events. Like so many other apps and websites that is completely flawed. I live in a seaside town. If I search for anything over 20 miles I get suggestions that are 1) in a different country and 2) I’d need to swim to get to. Take that away and the app is a glorified payment system and details harvester.

Great site and service
Easy to navigate, I used the customer service option chat as I wanted to upgrade my tickets, service was great a d chat was easy to use. Thank you Skiddle
Annoying App
To gain access to your tickets you are sent a confusing email with various links to ‘login’ to use your tickets. You are then redirected to a website after having to login where you find out you cannot access the tickets without downloading the app and logging in again. Would be so much easier if, like other apps, just gave you your ticket link via a separate email.
Additionally, they charge several ‘extra’ charges and the extra payable amounts seem to change each time I am met with the unfortunate circumstance of having to use this website. Far cheaper ticket websites out there with much less hassle.
Would not recommend.

Notifications but they don’t direct link and search needs improving.
There are some good points about this app. But a few annoying things that need fixing are when you get a notification when an artist is going to be on near you. You should be able to click the notification and it takes you directly to the event. It doesn’t, it takes you to a generic homepage.
Also searching isn’t great. Type a name in and get anything with a matching first name or surname. Rather than just the results for those specific searches.
And you should be able to click on a venue and it takes you to all events at the venue.
Not sure how the tagging is done and whether this is a fault of the people setting up the events.

Web site rubbish
Don’t know about the app but the website is the biggest load of rubbish on the internet. Trying to change password, get message saying password is invalid but accepts it anyhow. Doesn’t show all events, despite Skiddle emailing me about them. Numerous errors on pages typical one being message saying invalid Captcha information yet no Captcha information actually requested. Probably great for promoters but absolute rubbish for people wanting to buy tickets. Total and utter crap.

Beware if you want refund
Contacted customer service about an Summer Love Festival that merged into an event I already had early birds for to get a refund only to have four separate customer service chats all closed down before I could respond because I was at work , in the end they made the refund process impossible as the original card had expired and I couldn’t remember the last 4 digits of the expired card. Even emailed customer service only to fobbed off back to promoter. Make sure you’re going to the event if you buy tickets here.

Most difficult customer service award
I bought tickets for electric bay, but can’t go Saturday so tried getting a refund. No. Tried to sell myself. No. Tried transferring to friends. No. You can’t copy order numbers to communicate with their stupid chat bot, you have to go back and forth for information and you can’t get information from the ticket page, you have to search the gig and do it yourself. It’s not a great source for tickets though they do sell them to you very easily. Just don’t make any mistakes or find you can’t go because your stuck with what you buy and Iv lost £500 to this joke.

Can you add any more steps?
Buying tickets should be as simple as paying and receiving them to your inbox. But why do that when you can put people off by adding unnecessary steps? 🤦
I had to create an account, read carefully the small print so I wouldn’t be added to any mailing list nor added extra fees for the tickets, download the app, go to my email to open the account I didn’t wanted in the first place just to see the tickets.
