Used this app to manage parking tickets and even manually checked from time to time. The app showed 0 tickets when in reality there were numerous tickets when I checked the city website.
Thanks to ticket hero, I now have a substantial amount of parking tickets to pay for all at once.G.Harry59

So on 10/28/17 I paid a ticket via ticket hero my money was taken from my bank account and the NYC department of finance never received the payment and my money was never return I have sent several emails about the issue and no one ever responded I want my money back this is a rip off!Mspinkii
