Super horrible app
Ticket hero paid two of my tickets... but I paid 3 other tickets on this app and it neva paid it took my money neva paid it and neva show the ticket again I got booted... and neva got my money back from them horrible awful app don’t download or use this applol lash
Not approved by NYC
Don't use this. We paid our tickets and NYC didn't accept it and it didn't reflect in their systems. They didn't accept the receipts either because this isn't an approved app. NYC has their own app. I emailed support here and they don't reply. SCAM ALERT!Larrieboi

Nyc Fine app can only do paypal, so i downloaded this to pay my tickets using a CC, but unfortunately it doesnt find any of them, and I know for fact they are there because I've got the late fee letters home already, disappointing to say the least because it looks like a nice streamlined app, but oh well..Show lessGhost183
