Resume cleaning from mapping
Hello, can you include resume cleaning? My robot gets stuck, dirt bin is full, and I tend to it, after it does not know to clean where the mapping left off. I have to start over.
No map
I love my tesvor and this app till the latest update. I can’t see the map anymore. It still tells me the rest of the information. Please fix this!!! Would give 5 if update didn’t mess up app
Update Broke App
Since the new update you cannot connect the device to WiFi. App is completely broken and I can no longer use my vacuum
Version 6 breaks everything
Can’t login any more. Can’t see devices - no customer support or way to recover. Otherwise it has worked well for a number of years.
App is awful
I was kicked out of the app, and now it’s no longer registering me as a user. I try to reset my password but you need to enter your password to get it? I am not locked out of my app and have no way of contacting support because it’s an overseas company without an FAQ page…

Need to as good as market leaders
Had this app for my mamibot 890 better since last update but needs more options on different rooms you want vacuuming or not would be great and colour coded rooms and no mopping area options.

Now my vacuum is rouge
I’m fed up with this being server based only, instead of allowing the phone to store map data. 4 times in the last 6 days, my vacuum starts at 4:06am. I’m sick and tired of this so I’ve switched it off so if it tries to leave dock it will turn off. Half the time my vacuum doesn’t even leave the room despite the door being open. They need to make the data local, or get their crap together and do proper server maintenance. They never answer support requests. Terrible terrible company. I need to find something else that can work with my vacuum.

Needs to save map
I’m trying to make a virtual line where my vacuum doesn’t go, so that way I can set a schedule for my vacuum but it seems once it goes on the charging base and then back off it forgets the map.
