TERRIBLE!!
This is to poor app… aways disconnect from Alexa!! Doesn’t have a history!!

The vacuum itself is great, so let’s just put that out there first.
The issue is the software and app.
1st I had trouble setting it up like many others. Once it finally connected it wanted to update the software as it was clearly very out of date. It would be nice if it did this automatically along with the initial setup…issue is I’ve tried over 10x and it will never successfully update so I’m using the ordinal software 3.something when it’s now on 6.something…
2nd, the app is laggy at best. I don’t have any other apps that lag like this one and hang on for every function and screen. It’s not a huge deal but shows a lack of development
3rd, the app features most notably the mapping is really just for show and doesn’t teach the device. It creates a new map every run and makes the same and new mistakes every time it runs.
Many other robot vacuums in the price range offer more advanced features and I would be very happy to see these become part of this one…that being said, it might be pointless since I can’t get the vacuum to update its software anyway and having an updated app that can’t control new software features would be just my luck 😅

Vacuum not good
It doesn’t work properly for the price is really regular the control device doesn’t work properly
It keeps cleaning the same spot over and over
Some times it covers a long path and sometimes very small paths. The control doesn’t have all the futures is supposed to have.

Little better
Before the last update, the map function was basically useless. Had to clear the map every other use which was a hassle because I have 1 room I don’t want the vacuum to go into. The recent update is better and the map seems more stable but it just randomly reset on me. You’re moving in the right direction, developers, but still have a ways to go

Horrible !
Update after update each one got worse and worse. Mapping is terrible goes over and over the same area doesn’t even show you the amount of battery charge left this thing is horrible and not worth the money it is total garbage.

There’s a lot of bad reviews for this app but I found it to work fairly well.
It would be great if the vacuum remembered its map when you changed cleaning modes and if you could switch floors.
Also it’s quite difficult to control it manually. But other than that it works pretty well.
Set up was nice and easy.

Can’t submit service ticket
This app is bad most of the time, but now it’s absolutely hopeless. I’m having problems with my robot vacuum and I try to create a service ticket like it keeps reminding me to every time an app update happens. I have internet connection and all other apps connect fine. When I try to submit my ticket, it tells me I don’t have a network connection, which is complete bull dust. I’ve quit and restarted the app but it doesn’t help.

Broken app
App was ok for months. Then they broke it somehow and have not fixed it after 2 updates. Battery life always shows 100% and map function is completely pixelated and useless. If they fix it I will update the rating until then the app is zero use. Don’t buy the vacuum hoping for good smartphone functionality.

Grr! They updated App, now App does not track robot location
Grr! They updated App, now App does not track robot location even though both it and Robot has indicated strong wifi connection. Robot is useless now since I cannot specify zones anymore since App and robot are not in sync regarding location. Fail!!
Need to develope
Device are excellent, but software has some requirements. actually, one of the most important thing Customers wanted .. easy, practice, should be push only button for room.. not all of house. so, With a new updates, you can add a new features.. ,

One more thing, I advice save and record of the virtual zone. feature re configure of map rotation (horizontal or vertical)
