Frozen ! DOESN’T work
I went to use this today and it doesn’t work as clearly so many other reviews are saying. I deleted the app and reinstalled it 4 times. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
My husband has my hand me down IPhone 11 Pro Max and it works fine on his phone. I just updated my iOS ( after deleting and reinstalling the app) it still doesn’t work.
In a pinch I can use the flashlight compass , if you just want plain N,S,E,W without coordinates. PLEASE FIX THE COMPASS APP ! Thank youPdsqueen
DONT EVEN BOTHER, DELETE!
This app is off by like 5 degrees. Which come to find out after hiking through California for the past decade, I have been guided in the wrong direction and ended up lost. Ending up with emergency evacuation, which is super embarrassing and exhausting. I felt I would never make it home and depended strongly on Apple with just lead me to more headaches and life threatening situations. DON’T RECOMMEND DOWNLOADING.renter cali
Not true North
I tried every fix-it compass, but unfortunately, this didn't true North. Don't believe in this compass on your iPhone or iWatch. I hope the company Apple’s supports fixes it before it gets worse.Knightwolves07
Widget for lockscreen
It would b super dope if you could make a widget for the lockscreen or a shortcut in control center. Its something i need to get at quickly if i need to use it.MyTunes1
Compass lost its way
I reloaded the Compass app recently-but- looking out at the sunset the app is reading North for that direction!!!!
Also did not work in another room.
Makes me wonder, is it the App or is the satellite/ WiFi tech totally changing our world?!!!Larklike
Used to work
App used to work. Now the compass doesn’t even move when you open the app. I’d give it zero stars if I could. The developer doesn’t care enough to respond or to fix it.lawdawg02
Frozen
Nothing works on the screen except the “copy”. Compass not moving, frozen in place, restarted the app multiple times. Location is turned on, all access is allowed on this app, problem remains.sq suk

If location was in latitude longitude degrees with decimal instead of minutes seconds this app would be perfect.LLEH52
Not Accurate
It’s just not accurate. It shows north as being what I know is west. I have a magnetic, military compass that shows what I know to be north and I had a vehicle compass that also showed north accurately. But this app just does not work.Big Bad Ern
MAKE APPLE CARPLAY APP
For some reason, my brand new Honda doesnt come with a compass. A built in compass in a car is essential for traveling with no directions. If there were an Apple CarPlay app, I would be able to see which direction im going with a tap of my finger. I know most cars come with it, but the Hondas dont for some reason, even in 2022. I think it would be great to be able to check my direction by tapping the app in my dashboard while im driving. Much easier than having to illegally use my phone to see it. Nothing is scarier than driving in an unfamiliar rural area (possibly with no cell signal) and not knowing whether youre headed north, south, east or west. Thats why its essential for the directionally challenged, or the avid traveler/explorer. By the way, the navigation apps dont show a compass on CarPlay either. Only on the phone when its disconnected from the car. If you dont want to make a specific compass app for CarPlay, at least let us see it in Apple Maps or Waze on the dash.1506087
