No problem getting and staying lost
No matter how iPhone is held, no matter where it points, N is always at the top of the display. There is no update or deleting and reinstalling don't help. But since it's free and doesn't add to the weight of the phone I guess all is well.Sverdling
Not working
Since the latest apple update this refuses to work. I have tried other compass apps and they are fine. Would like this to work since it syncs with my watchfamdoc13
This app is amazing
This app changed my life. I was lost in the woods and my eggs disappeared. With the help of the compass app I found them. Then I accidentally found a big ostrich egg and out popped a dinosaur. I got eaten soon after. 5/5 starsCompass man 4
Compass not calibrating
My compass no longer shows the correct direction N, S, E, or W, and elevation changes even though I have not moved, each time I open the compass. I’m looking for a new compass now for my iPhone 7.Sis Loca
Compass works
As long as you’re away from a bunch of metal, it is as accurate as a regular compass. (I’ve compared them side by side).hissingfauna22
Used to be a great app.
This was a great app until the most recent Apple software updates came out. Now the compass is frozen. I have deleted and reinstalled it twice and done a hard restart on my phone. I then called Apple and told them that not only their compass app, but a third-party app compass (Gaia GPS) has also frozen and the compass does not work in that app either. Apple told me that neither of those apps are theirs even though the compass app clearly says that the developer is Apple.
I have deleted the Apple compass app and have downloaded a different compass app that works.SunnyPB603
Works sometimes
Seems to get inverted, diverted, and just plain wrong at times. Haven’t figured out why and under what circumstances.friendzoneguy
Quit working
It worked fine when I first installed it. But then I dropped my phone a couple of times and there’s no way to re-calibrate it. No matter which way I face it’s always telling me I’m facing north. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app… nope, still won’t work.Home at last
