Worst customer service and i have been working to get my login issue fixed and nothing has worked till now. Customer service doesn’t seem to bother to fix my problem and i am in need of urgent requirement to book my ticketVanni Salesforce employee

Not so hot
This software is not ideal in the least. You add a receipt by selecting a photo, then they want you to type in the amount and the vendor name. However they way they ha e designed the screen, the photo is now obscured and you can’t see the amount or the vendor name. This is some stupid design. Very clumsy. I don’t plant to use it, I will look for something else.Chuck12540

How can this be considered a business app without multi-city bookings?
Want chat support to book it instead, get ready to wait 30min in between responses. They treat chat like email.

These Guys Are Lost
Reported crash on Friday. Customer service responded on Monday saying they had a "bug" due to the latest iOS 11.3 update. Really? They then suggested I use their web tool! If you travel extensively like I do and need something dependable this is NOT your app!TennisViolin10
