App is horrible now…
I bought 5 cameras after being really happy with the older app. Now the app updates are terrible. Notification issues. Navigation issues. It’s just a giant mess. Planning on selling all my cameras at the end of the year and switching to a company that actually understands how to develop mobile apps.

App Overhaul
I have utilized covert cameras for years. I have 15 or so in service. Covert created the guest view shortly after I requested it. Please overhaul the app to improve the thumbnail views. It would be nice if the size of thumbnails could be changed by user. The quality is also not very good on these images. Other apps provide much clearer pictures. It’s time for an update Covert.

Not sending settings changes
I used to have no problems changing camera settings from the app. Now it’s taking 1 to 2 days to update, if even at all. Y’all need to fix and improve this app given how much money customers have paid you. What a shame
App is slow and locking up
Bought 4 cameras, returned two because they didn’t work. Got 2 more and one of those didn’t.
Covert has fallen so far
Was once the best in the game at mixing value with a quality product. But in a short time they not only have continued to put out cameras that are subpar but are still priced higher than competitors that now offer superior products. As the product has continued to get worse and worse, the app which has never been great is the worst in the business. I once was running 20+ covert cams and now am transitioning to tactacam. With about 10 covert cams and over 20 tactacams, it’s clear which service and cam is ahead. By next season there won’t be a covert camera in my fleet, and that saddens me. The lack of innovation, putting out worse products than the cams they are replacing and a slipping customer service I would advise anyone looking to run large amounts of cams to go with tactacam or Spartan if you can afford it. Covert is going to continue to lose customer after customer.

While the app is “free” we all are PAID subscribers to its service; REMOVE THE ADS! Generate sales traffic elsewhere. Don’t be scums.

Who QA’d this app?! It’s pathetic considering we PAY to use these cameras and you force us to close an ad pop up every. Single. Time.
Also, the “close on background click” doesn’t work when the ad takes up the WHOLE SCREEN. Try testing across multiple devices and platforms. Even better, remove the spam. Myself, my dad, and my friends are all planning to trash these cameras AND THIS SERVICE and switch to something else. Fed up with feradyne. You’ve ruined covert.

Horrible
The new update has made it almost impossible to see the time on the pictures. Why would you change the font color from white to black?? Please fix this.
And now…. What’s up with ads covering up everything on the app. I can’t even check my cameras without having to close out the STUPID full page ad. I am already a paying customer. Quit putting this on my app. Send me an email if you want to advertise.
