We pay to have these cameras. I shouldn’t be forced to watch a 20-30 second ad…
Why am I getting ads
I’ve paid a lot of money for cameras and service. STOP showing me a stupid rebate. It’s annoying when I accidentally hit the ad and it pops up web browser. Or I have to sit and wait for it to clear out. Send me a email I can put into trash and stop bugging the app. Rant over
Getting worse every release
The app has always been clunky. However now I have to suffer through ads for a service I’m paying for!! In what world did someone think that forcing paying customers to wait for a non dismissible ad was a good idea? I can only assume this is the way covert will slowly wilt under the pressure of poor quality products from feradyne.

Feradyne is ruining Covert
I have been a loyal customer of Covert for 8 years now. They were the very best cameras, app, and customer service. Since Feradyne bought them, the cameras are touch and go if you get a good one, the app is trash and now getting ads. The customer service is still top notch as Covert still operates that. Feradyne always finds a way to take a superior product and cheap it down to trash. I hate everything about feradyne! Thanks for ruining the best cell cam and app in the world Feradyne! Look forward to losing a ton of customers! The

Lost Potential
Covert cameras have so much potential to lead the industry at an affordable price but has failed miserably. While the customer service reps try to help very graciously, the problem is far above them. The app is not working as it should and neither is the cameras. Engineers and techies should be able to find a working application and device.

Ads now blocking photos
Who really thought forcing ads to be seen before you can view your photos after notification was a good idea? A few days ago I was dumbfounded when I opened the app to see the photos on my 5 cameras after I received notification. I was forced to wait until the ad timed out before I could see my pictures. This is wrong. I’ve had this app for multiple years and have always appreciated the ability to see what was being captured on camera. I certainly did not want to be paying for 5 subscriptions every single month to see ads. There is no way to turn it off, anywhere, not even in my phone settings. A new button called ads has a message that it is a 2 month test. Well, the test failed! Get it off my app! Prior to this, I would have gladly rated 5 stars.

Worst
Bought 2 and both Pieces of crap. Hands down worst cam you could buy and definitely not water proof. Brand new out of box can’t even get one to connect. Second was in a light rain latched like should’ve been and it filled halfway with water. Also App is no good don’t waste your money on this not worth it.

Slow.
App is very slow. Sometimes pics don’t load for over 2 minutes. With today’s technology this is not acceptable
When I cut off cell service I lost all pics - beware
I had covert cameras and called to cancel as I switched to a different cell cam platform. Covert shut my data service off as requested but it removed all of my saved pictures. I had 16 cameras and tried them for a year. At the end of the year only 2 cameras were taking reliable pictures. There aren’t tons of empty frames but several cameras stopped taking pictures entirely and the batteries were fine. Will try to sell these on eBay!

Push Notifications
app seems to always notify me, unfortunately it sends 2 and sometimes 3 notifications for each photo taken. slightly annoying but other than that the app seems to be reliable.
