Inconsistent
Often get the messages 6 hours after the picture was taken. We get great cell service and I’ve chosen the right camera (my personal phone is on the same Verizon network, it works fine). I have been unable to download any video except one and it took forever for the one 5 second clip. The in app camera status does not work. Says no reception, no battery, no storage yet still sends new picture notifications. Overall just not what I was expecting for the price I paid.

Need a way to see multiple large pictures at once
App is rudimentary but decent. It loads fairly quickly compared to other brands. One thing it is missing is the ability to view multiple large images at once. It’s either 18 images on one screen or one image per screen. Need the ability to see 3-4 images per screen and scroll through quickly.
The app updates have made this app garbage
When I open app the setting page automatically open and have to close it every time. I don’t receive picture like I used to

Latest app issues
Latest app is intermittent on sending push notifications. Ability to change camera description for Lora cameras has been removed. Please fix.
No longer receiving notifications
App worked perfectly for 6 months. Latest update is not sending notifications alerting me I have pictures, please fix.

The app has worked perfectly for 4+ years. After a recent update I am no longer getting push notifications. Please get this fixed

Solid
The app is solid for the most part. A couple of simple improvements could make it stellar. First, please come up with an easier way to delete old photos. Currently, I have to scroll through hundreds of photos and hit the load more button dozens of times before hitting select all. Would be easier if there was just a delete all option.
Second, the animal identification feature is cool but has issues. For example, it identified a crow as a bear and a hog as a person. When the feature is free, it’s funny. However, now you want to charge for it. Not going to pay money for those types of misidentifications.
