No calendar?
With so much anticipation for this release of a mobile version of 17 hats… It's so disappointing to see that it doesn't have one of the most basic modules… The calendar. Was that forgotten? The app should have the full capabilities of the online website, but in a cleaner version that's optimized for the screen size. As it is now… It's completely useless.Show lessvphot
WARNING!! displays wrong dates on projects
For a company that is all about client management, this app offers very little of that. It’s an extremely stripped down version of the desktop app with very little features. Not to mention that it showed all my projects with WRONG dates, even leads with WRONG project dates. I had to go back to my desktop version to make sure nothing when disastrously wrong. Unless this app get’s a major update, and soon, don’t even bother, just stick with the desktop version.Show lessAl_chill
Good start - looking for more
The app is a good start to a great management system. Looks a little undercooked at the moment or still in development. I'm really hopeful that functionality progresses — in this version, I'll still need to load up the web browser version to do anything substantial.Hot—Dog
It's a start.
Kinda bummed. The app is less functional than the mobile site. It doesn't include bookkeeping functions, which is half the reason I use 17hats. And maybe this is a bug that will be fixed in the future, but I can't view contracts that already exist in my projects. You can't create documents either (at least I don't see an option for it). So you can't create a invoice, contract or quote from the app. I'm starting to wonder what the point of the app is. Love the desktop service, but the app is a disappointment thus far.Show lessmlring
Room for improvement... A LOT of improvement!
I was so excited when I received an email this afternoon saying that the iOS app for 17hats was finally released. I downloaded it and logged in and I was greatly disappointed. Right now it basically works as a glorified address book. It's great for viewing your current projects and adding or editing contact info, but there isn't even the ability to add a new project at this time.
I will revisit my rating when the developers revisit the purpose that 17hats is supposed to serve and the iOS app reflects that. Very disappointed.Show lessHopelessOptimist
No calendar, no client address, not useful
There are two things that I pull out my mobile device to check in regards to 17hats and those things are my clients address/on-location address (on my way to their session) and my calendar so that when I am speaking face to face with a client I can set up a date for another session or in person sales. It was super clunky trying to find this information using my mobile browser so I was really looking forward to the app release. Unfortunately the app contain neither of those things. It has the projects on your calendar for the next three days only. It shows client phone numbers and email addresses but no address. An address that I could click and open up Google Maps would be AMAZING. Being able to see my calendar and add an event to a project would be extremely helpful. The only helpful thing I can see now is that a completed questionnaire can be easily seen in the upcoming events so I can check my phone rather than opening my laptop while I'm prepping for a session in my prop room.Show lessBusy Progressive customer
An ok app but needs to do more.
Was hoping this app would help to accomplish the items I use the 17hats website for, but on the go. The app can do some things, but many things are missing. Hope to see much more functionality in future updates.MaverickB
We waited for this??
All the key aspects of the 17hats software, and it's complete "usefulness" are not found within this app. As a subscriber, we've been waiting months and months for this app as the online software isn't mobile friendly, even though it's 2016, and figured that should be a given at this point. All you can do is look at current projects, though you cannot make changes, create contracts, questionnaires, invoices, or... Pretty much anything. All you can do is look and add contact info. It's a glorified contacts app in its current state, and they had over a year to get this mobile app right before release. I'm not waiting on an update, I'll be changing to a different system. Good Start
I think it is good as a first version. Would love projects to be organized by project date so it is easy to find the ones that are the most recent. On the To-Dos, it would be good to know what workflow each to-do item corresponds with. And would of course like the option to send emails, edit projects and add new projects. A very promising start!
Great to see this app finally live!
We would love the ability to use a lead capture form directly in the app to ensure all info goes through the same place.
Nice clean, simple look to the app so that the user can focus on their detail.183838;,??(;
