I downloaded 2500 files including the cloud. Apple changed the format half way from jpg to jpeg and some packages have trouble reading jpeg. However latest version of irfranview and pixilion has no problem on pc. Fantastic value for 128 YBsupersignman

Improvements would be nice
I started using this device today and i find some problems. it may be just my ipad but when i connect the usb to ipad it will connect and disconnect by itself. This can make it hard to upload file. It works okay at phone. App is limited features however.Sam the Hippo and Anusha S.

I bought this usb pen only two days ago. I managed to download some of my videos and few photos, after only one day I was unable to download other photos because it gives me an error file. I tried several time. This happens also with the same photos I downloaded yesterday. There is NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT, if you click on the provider website it takes you to a Chinese travel site.
Does Apple store even check the dubious source of these providers???
They should not publish any Apps without technical support or a valid website.Show lessSimoP2021
Can’t Download Music or Documents
I can’t figure out how to get the app to connect with my files and music apps. I was able to download photos and videos just fine, but I really need to download Documents and music from my iPhone. I tried copying and pasting but that didn’t work either. There’s no app support in the app so I can’t all questions. Could someone please help me figure this out?Show lessA. R. White

I was able to transfer all my pictures from my phone so easily to the computer. Would definitely recommend. I usually don’t write reviews but seeing the ratings I decided to give my opinion. I think they have updated their system.nasty dump trump
Doesn’t work right
I uploaded 40 videos at a time to this flash drive and it was done successfully but when I went back in the folder that I created, where I had copied the videos to, it tells me error every single time. I have deleted the folder I made and re-uploaded them and it’s still doing the same thing. This flash drive is a joke. I’m pretty disappointed considering I paid 23 dollars for nothing.Show lesstbd117
