I love it
I don’t understand why there are so many 1 star reviews. This app is perfect for storing your pictures and videos onto a flash drive. It will save you so much space on your phone and you can still access all your photos through the app and through the flash drive. I was wrong
I wrote a review saying this didn’t work but it was user error. I was able to “easily” remove my videos to the external drive and copy it on the computer. It worked as advertised and I am happy with it.Gold hanging123248
Same issue as above or below
Basically get some error message now if I want to open any file or folder, it’s basically un usable… This is my second type of iPhone usb to break within hours of opening it.

Moving Files From iPad, iPhone
This software simply doesn’t work. Giving even one star as a rating makes me wonder if Apple will also give me a refund on the star.
Ideally you could move your photos, music, and other files from — say your iPhone to the device and free up space on your phone and even access music stored on the device. You can, in this context, see this as a storage expansion device.
The device has a lightning connector on one end and a USB connector on the other end.
I was curious as to the company in general so I looked at the other software this company sells. There was a common denominator; every one of the company’s products got horrible reviews.
So either this company can’t build software — which includes creating useful documentation and straightforward user friendly intuitive design, or it doesn’t.
From what I and other who rate or comment see it certainly appears this company can’t do the job so I would look elsewhere.Show lessPresidents90
Too many problems
This app only lets me download photos, I have 2,899 photos and 749 videos, I was only able to download 97 photos 97 out of 2,899. Everytime I try to redownload them, I get the same error. Error 1005 and I can never finish loading the rest of them. Everytime I try to download my videos, it says download complete and when I check my folders on my external or internal none of my videos appear. Absolutely NONE. My photos all download out of order so I can’t tell which ones I can start to download without having to redo the same ones. It doesn’t tell me how many I have downloaded, it just tells me the same errors. It doesn’t download my contacts either. This app is a failure and the usb that comes with this app is a waste of my time and money.Show lessEufemi fairy

No PDF files show up
Doesn’t work with PDF files, I’ve tried to add them several times & the folder appears empty when I plug it in. I’ve tried it on 3 phones & still nothingjeepbri
Don’t BUY!!
I have had two of these so-called storage USB sticks, they start off working and you’re able to save files and put pictures into them, then all of a sudden they stop working, I get an error message that it’s not recognizable, it tells you it’s moving over pictures (from my phone) but then you go into the file and they’re not there. Also sometimes says it moved everything over, you can see the file but then you can’t open the picture!! It’s an utter disaster and I do not recommend this product!! I purchased a second one thinking maybe it was just luck of the draw and it was a corrupt unit, but the exact same thing is happening with the second one, I should’ve read the reviews before because I see I’m not the only one that’s having the same problem!! Company should be ashamed to sell products that Don’t work and Amazon should be ashamed to be associated with them!! If I could I would rate 0 stars!!Show lessthisitemisgarbage
