They claim to be a security company. Then they send me my username and password in a clear text email. My vehicle is in my driveway, but they haven’t seen it for 3 days. This product is bundled with new car purchases to increase their profits. Not to be taken seriously.

Can’t even login
I keep putting my user name and password in and it tells me it’s incorrect. I don’t even have the option to hit anything but LOG IN from the app home screen, so I can’t put forgot password. I found what I thought was the website to put in my info for forgetting my password and it tells me my email is Incorrect. So I’m pretty much locked out and unable to do anything... seriously ridiculous

This app is horrible. I does not update automatically. Geo fences don’t work.
Good idea, app not so good
"Alert" button does not work with this app! Shuts down as soon as it's pressed...already uninstalled and reinstalled. I think the whole alert feature does not work...I know my daughter has driven over 50mph...
Can't log in through the app!!!
I can't log in through the app on iPhone but I can online. What a waste of an app if this can't be fixed.
