Don’t get this thing. It is a waste of money. It only gives you the location of your car after you turn off the engine. Also if you park the car inside a parking structure or inside a garage, it will not show the location, it will show the last location you turned off the engine when it was parked outside. So, if someone steals your car, the chances of them not parking your car inside is slim to none, which doesn’t help locating your car

Hope I never need it
Cost me $800. Purchased it new when I picked up my new vehicle. Hindsight 2020 bad ideal worthless. Will not update vehicle location after several attempts.
Scam
The whole system is trash, had the app + device for one week and app doesn’t communicate with device well if at all. Currently my position hasn’t update for 18hrs even though I requested update and if you use the starter kill be prepared to have to call support and wait over 30 min to get car started since app is hit or miss with its communication, also 10-20 min response time when it does work. Don’t let dealerships con you into getting this it’s trash and developer doesn’t seem to care about improving it
