Very Disappointed
I have been trying to use the find location of the vehicle and it’s now indicating it’s been last seen 7 days ago. I set up geofence and does not send me any alert. This is useless and we’re stuck with it.

It’s actually useless - don’t pay for this “service”
Now mine just says it’s in recovery mode, even when it “worked” it would only occasionally show the location of my vehicle about a day ago!

Save your money!
This app worked for a few months. Not it just shows a static screen. No way to contact anyone on the app!!! No customer service or help of any kind! I’m in the process of attempting to get my money back!!
Not working properly
I tried requesting position of my vehicle and received the message below:
“You lack the security privileges to request a position”
I deleted and reinstalled the app, tried logging in thru safari, and updated to latest version and I still get the same message. What does that mean?
