Not impressed yet..
This app needs an overhaul! I’ve been waiting 7 hours for it to update the car position! That’s not helpful...says my car has been at home and I’ve been driving around all day. And where can you located directions on how to use the app? Definitely needs improvements.waiting for it to work...

Improvements done on this app. I got this feature installed on my vehicle for a reason. Can’t even set up any alerts, nothing on the alerts section of the app. And it would be great if we didn’t have to login every time to track our vehicle.jcjohnson0313

This app is way to slow, it doesn’t update constantly. I’ve been at work for the pass 2 hours and the app still says I’m at my house with the engine off. This app doesn’t deserve a star in my opinion.Vw car care

It doesn’t work
I’ve tried to use this app for over a year, and it never knows where my car is. I’ve tried the website, too, and that doesn’t work either. Waste of $$.lilk_204
Terrible
absolutely useless app and add on from the dealer. If they try to sell you this junk tell them no and if they keep going with it just walk out. This is a complete and utter waste of money
Car last update location was over 24 hours ago. Used the app while inside the vehicle and moving and it showed it as ignition off and stationary.

Good but very laggy
3 years later i find this app way too slow. It won’t give me my car’s location if the car is off. That doesn’t help at all.
It’s been working good
Only thing is that the new app logged me out and I didn’t remember my login. Thankfully I used my safari which had my password saved to just change my password.
Also the keyboard covers up the email/password fields so i couldn't see what i was typing.
It’s not 100% live which i don't like. It has a long lag sometimes 15-20 minutes not showing me where the car is.
It can only request location every 5 minutes. You can get pretty far in 5 minutes if you’re going 90mph
Also i received a speed trap alert hours after my car was actually driving. So it took 3 hours to tell me it was speeding but it shows up miles away from my house speeding when it’s parked right in front of my house.Show lessDejaDrewit
Best on the market
I bought this for both of my vehicles because it already came equipped on the cars when I bought them, and I’m so glad I did. I love all of the features that come with the app, and I don’t have to pay a monthly fee like the last one I purchased on my old vehicle.Inked suit

Every time I try to open the app and login it takes about 5 minutes (I’ve timed it) after I click the login button to actually get to the main screen. Once I’m there (and after it used a bunch of phone battery waiting to login) the app constantly freezes. You can’t click things twice to make sure they’re running or else it causes the app to crash. This is supposed to be a top of the line security feature for cars but it is only securely keeping me from using any of the features...Show lessBuck M.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a response. The app shouldn't be running that slowly for any customer so there are few troubleshooting options we would like to try with you. First, Make sure you have the most up to date version of the app installed. If you know that the app is updated and still running slow, try deleting the app and reinstalling to make sure your downloaded file was not corrupted.
