  • No options

A few more basic root options like time clock(that works), being able to check dietary instructions, possibly accessing and adding training notes. The app is garbage in its current form, I still just text my boss when I arrive and leave and I have been uploading the videos to the site so that is helpful but overall this app needs a ton of work.

  • Simple & Straight Forward

It’s super convenient to be able to get push notifications to my phone so I can quickly see when things like reservation requests, new appointments booked with me, new leads, etc.
It’s also the easiest way to bulk upload photos from playgroup so we can assign them to our Report Cards!
  • Update App Please

I’ve been on the Gingr website for about a month and was disheartened to hear that they didn’t have an app for it, such as MoeGo, until I went to the website out of sheer curiosity and noticed that their plans do all include the app. Downloaded it and the following were my thoughts:
Absolute garbage. No way to see the calendar, clock in/out, etc. Main thing is not being able to see the calendar. As a groomer I hate to rely on an internet site and have to pay a fee to use it when you can’t even use the app they created.
    Come on guys.

  • Easy to use and keep track of my notifications

This is a very easy simple app so that I can get push notifications to my phone for my Gingr notifications. It helps me keep on top of time sensitive things so I’m not having to check my notifications from the desktop a hundred times a day.

I also love that I can bulk upload photos to add to report cards straight from my phone while I’m out in the play yards.

  • Suggested addition to dog profiles

I was thinking that an additional 2 drop down options would be very helpful in learning the best way to give medications to dogs in our care. Relying on CSR staff at check in to ask means that it falls through the cracks and sometimes we don’t know the preferred way to give pills. So my suggestion is on the dog’s profile beneath Medications there be a question for Medication method: Owner Provided or House.
If they choose House as the option a drop down of what all we use to give pills inside: Chicken wet food, Lamb wet food, Peanut butter, cheese slices, Deli meat, Pill pocket.
    Does that make sense?

  • Can’t log in

I tried logging in and I typed the right domain and it still won’t let me in.
  • Terrible App

Can’t login even though the business name, email, and password are all correct. There is no way to reset a password even if I wanted to. Absolute waste of time application seemingly written and coded by high school Silicon Valley wannabes.
  • The worst

App doesn’t allow you to log in and you’re forced to use the website.
  • Either username/password is wrong or domain name is wrong

But actually they aren’t. They are all correct. I cannot log in to the app but it does just fine on the browser.
