This app is not worth your time, go straight to the website! First I couldn’t log in because of the domain and the once I fixed that now either my username or password are wrong … I tried restrung the password a couple times. Nope, didn’t work. I can’t log in because “my domain name” is not correct. Well it is. So this is not a user error. Hope you guys can make this better cause my employers require me to use this website and app. Which are both incredibly painful.junkjunkdobetterdobetter
Don’t waste time downloading app

They need to make an app that is like the website. What’s the use of getting notifications from clients if we can’t look anything up about their animal or make appointments?IM GUNNA DIEEEE

Pretty simple: sends notifications and it’s helpful right now to get them so I can staff adequately with all the cancellations happening because of COVIDIanthegeek

Can’t download the app and it keeps asking me for domain name and says its for employees and I have a pet that I board with someone that uses this. I am not sure at all how this benefits me even if I could get an app to load.E's

Hi E, This application is intended for employees of pet care businesses that use Gingr. I would recommend contacting the facility you board with for additional information on accessing the customer portal for that facility. Have a paw-some day!Can’t log on!!!!
This app is terrible. I tried to log on to the app and it keeps telling me that my credentials are invalid or incorrect, which is totally false. This should be fixed as it appears to be an ongoing issue or contact information to contact customer service.ahdhdbfjjfjf
