Do you even check before pushing app out ?

Unusable and can’t even login

App Doesn’t Work

After logging in to my account only a white screen appears.

Apps keeps crashing

Latest release keeps crashing on launch on iPhone XS! Can’t use it anymore

iPad application needs work

I am encountering a number of different deal breaking bugs. One is that my application on the iPad is stuck in Landscape mode no matter what. Also, I can only scroll down so far on my lead list before I cannot see anymore of my leads. There is no option for another page of leads and my leads do not load as they do on the iPhone app. I was really considering purchasing a year but until this is fixed I am afraid I am not going to be able to.

Update: the bug has continued over to my iPhone. I am unable to scroll down my full lead list.

Hello JSF.RE, 1. The iPad app now also supports Portrait mode. 2. We've restored the infinite scroll for leads. What you encountered was an unfortunate bug in one of our updates. 3. The scroll issue is also fixed for iPhone.

App needs some improvement on iPad.

Need to support landscape on the iPad. When working remotely it is the most common orientation used.

It would also be nice if there was better contact and call tracking integration with the iPhone app.

Needs landscape mode

The app is simple and clean but it really needs landscape mode. I don’t know anybody who uses the iPad professionally that doesn’t work in landscape mode... please add this.

iPad Version and phone integration

For me is useless since we have the phone service integrated and they don’t have that integration in the app. Also, it does not works on iPad which is what most people use.

Hi FTOTF, If you're referring to a telephony service integration with Freshsales, we can tell you that we now integrate with Freshcaller, the cloud-based telephony app. Freshsales is optimized for both smartphones and iPad—please give our updated app a shot!

Can’t view messages!?

This app really doesn’t provide much value, as I can’t even see emails that my leads have sent. I mean, it’s great to see that messages are there, but beyond frustrating that I can’t view or easily respond to them through the app. This is expected baseline functionality in a CRM app...

Amazing UI But Need iPhone X Update

Freshsales is absolutely hands down the best Sales CRM I have every worked with. Very clean and easy to use. I can’t say enough good things about the CRM. Only thing that is missing here is the iPhone X Update and the webforms code has issues but the workaround for the forms issue is using zapier. Great software and app overall. Much easier then Salesforce or Pipedrive and I had my entire company on both and Freshsales wins here! A+++++
