Love Freshsales; need to see messages in app

Hi Catholic voter, Thanks for the callout on UI. Yes, we took some time bringing email to the app. But now it's in there, with a new home screen too. Take a look?
Good start, needs a few fixes
One major issue, in leads if you click the mail icon we must choose the mail app to contact our prospect. I'm thinking of the web where the system is emailing not my mail app. Why here?
However that isn't the only problem when setting an appointment, and clicking on email at the bottom, it only allows the native mail app with no choice to use other mail apps???
Developer stopped me from continuing to use at this point.

Hi SRQ Drew, Email has been a deal-breaker for most of our users, yes. Now you can view, send and receive emails right from the Freshsales app. Give it a shot?
Amazing app. More features than most CRM's for FREE.
Amazing, clean functional app. So many useful features without being bloated.
Lots of functionality needed
One main area would be contact management on the iPhone. Where by it can be used as the default for contacts for the entire phone. This would provide better sync.
Crm features need updating to be able to actually manage your customers.
At present can't compete or even come close to other crm providers such as zoho
***** 09.06.17 - latest update is unusable cannot even input fresh sales site and then login details. Please sort these bugs out

Hi PlanYour.Website, Using the app's contacts as default for the phone is not something we have on our current roadmap. If you can drop us an email at support@freshsales.io, we'll keep you posted. Our latest updated version comes with email, a mobile-specific home screen, and the ability to check in. Give it a spin?
The app crashes every time you load the Contact Activities
