Two weeks in and haven’t got a meal delivered
Signed up due to issues with other offerings and had hopes for Snap due to positive reviews.
So far, the first week of food was cancelled by Snap. It was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday and Wednesday night they emailed us to let us know it wouldn’t be coming due to a “unforeseen technical issue” that they seemingly didn’t notice until after the delivery time had come and gone. Great, last minute dinner plans.
This week, it’s Wednesday and we’re waiting for our already overdue delivery, to which we check and find they’ve now changed to Friday, without consulting us. We want fresh food early in the week, we chose Wednesday as our day as it was the earliest they offered, but now, now we are getting our $70 of food a week late and now 2 days delayed.
Completely unreliable and a hassle, which is not what we want to pay a premium price for. Mistakes and hiccups happen, but we’re 100% with them out the gate and thus not impressed and cannot recommend.

Comically unreliable
Some weeks your entire meal plan will just be cancelled randomly for no reason. They will not attempt to make it right, just skipped. This has happened to us two weeks in a row now for no reason.
Other issues:
I have had salads on my order for months now and I have not gotten a salad in my order for the last SIX weeks!!!
Half of the bison quinoas in my order have white rice in them instead of quinoa lol.
This place just does not have it together enough to earn your money.
Maybe in a year or so they figure some things out but for now my money goes elsewhere.

Amazing so easy to use
I customers every meal for my husband and I was so impressed with the many options to chose from. Excited for my first to be delivered!
More than convenient
Thank you snap kitchen for creating such a wonderful app. I am looking forward to when I can finally start having meals delivered to my door. I am totally blind in this would be a great way for me to get the food that I am craving, without all the bad and greedy. Keep up the great job, and if anything changes I will let you know. I haven’t even use the app yet and I already love it. Thank you.

Seamless User Experience
As a first time user of the snap kitchen app I found the user interface to be extremely welcoming and easy to access everything that I needed
Exceeded expectations!
I am SO glad I finally made the lifestyle change and got it started with the lifestyle plan. I haven’t had a meal I didn’t LOVE. I’m so pleasantly surprised every time I take a first bite of something I haven’t tried yet. I don’t worry about portion control or dirty dishes. I can see getting tired of the same dishes every week, but will skip if I get to that point. Other than that, I absolutely love snap kitchen!

Subpar Services & High Hopes
It was a nice thought, but after trying Freshly we had high standards. Freshly makes sure that we get our food ON TIME because they know we depend on them for a meal. If our order is going to be late, they send us an email letting us know what’s up. We have received the opposite service quality from you guys. Our order didn’t even ship until 2 days late which put us out meals and money. And we didn’t receive a curtesy update email. For these reasons and more, we cannot continue using your product to fuel our bodies.

They don’t update their items
I started using the app to order my food delivery because the Favor App wouldn’t know which items were in stock. I was told that the Snap Kitchen App would have their items updated but this not true. Use whatever delivery app you prefer because there’s no point in this one.
App is fine, food is basic, shipping it the worst.
The app itself is easy enough to navigate, but could use tweaking - I wasn’t able to track my shipping through the app or even copy the tracking number to pop it into the web browser on my phone. It’s a small annoyance I’d normally ignore but once my order arrived it was so subpar and just an awful experience. It also would not save my apartment number - thankfully our packages go to a mailroom and you get your own, so I was able to get it. Of 12 meals, 7 arrived with busted containers, snapped lids, plastic in the food. I was refunded for them, but immediately cancelled my subscription - such a hassle to wait for food and think you’ve made life easier, and it isn’t. I wish I’d asked for a full refund for the trouble but I didn’t. They apologized and my agent was very friendly and helpful, but there is no wonder why they didn’t arrive safely. The plastic tops are paper thin and they are stacked with heavy ice packs and need more substantial containers. The taste is meh at best of what we’ve been able to salvage.
TLDR: if you like a Lean Cuisine but want half the flavor at three times the price, with better macros but higher calories, and a headache when it arrives, this might just be the food service plan for you. I was frankly shocked to log in and find such high reviews.
