The Snap Kitchen app is the most intuitive and sexy app out there! As someone who has certain needs, being able to find those needs and have them delivered so easily makes me feel so satisfied. Thank you Snap Kitchen for making me so deliriously happy during this quarantine. I would feel desperate and hungry without you. I feel so grateful to your amazing developers for this app and to your kitchen for making safe and sexy food.

Customize my meals
I love the food but I would love to be able to customize my meals. Selecting specific items on each meal since I am on a very detailed diet but over all thank you for making such delicious meals and making my meal prepping much easier.
User friendly, great company and customer service
I have been a customer for over 6 months. The app works great, user friendly, works every time apart from perhaps when you need to update the app (my experience once). I order food on the app, it tells me when it’s ready, at Katy branch that is especially efficient, and I collect. Great food too, without all the additives and sugar most others come with. Love it! just what I’ve been looking for since I moved to Houston.
They also send emails: receipts / updates. Highly recommend the app and company. Live the rewards too, spend a certain amount, get money off next order. I have not done the meal plans, (where you get discounts up front I believe), but my close friend loves it.

Easy and healthy
Super easy, convenient and healthy. The food tastes pretty good. I have meals delivered to my office every week and it helps keep me from going out to eat and choosing unhealthy options. My only criticism is I wish there was more diversity of options because I end up getting the same meals over and over. But if you don’t mind eating similar stuff then it shouldn’t be a problem.

Simplicity at its best
I have had two great experiences this far. The person who is there is knowledgeable and friendly. She never seems to busy to answer questions. I’m happy with my experience.
Amazing food, amazing staff
I can’t believe I didn’t know this place was here. I’m already hooked. Their vegan selection is on point and their staff is attentive and helpful. They have healthy meals for any diet. I’ll be a regular for sure.
Terrible customer service, no delivery notifications
They gave me ZERO notifications that my food was delivered. It sat there for half an hour. We all order food; which apps DO NOT notify you when the driver is close? None of them. Which apps DO NOT notify you once the driver hits “delivered”? None of them.
You spend all this effort making a cute colorful app with ZERO functionality. Pathetic.
I spoke with customer service about it. She was a total hateful snob. Tried to blame me. I’ll never order here again. Terrible customer service.

Great Customer Service
My visit with the clerk, Amanda was fantastic today. She was such a sweet, friendly person to speak to and beyond helpful. Also, I genuinely love how all the nutrition facts are listed for the items here. I’ve never been able to find a restaurant like this before. Definitely will come back.
Very Healthy
Delicious healthy clean foods in environmentally friendly and healthy packaging! Snap Kitchen helps me save time and money plus eat healthy. I eat a close to Keto style diet and they offer excellent choices to support my lifestyle. I can’t recommend Snap Kitchen enough for it’s truly a great quality and value for me because I am single. I also travel a lot so it is even great for when I am on the go!
