This app used to be great to check up on things at home. After the last update the cameras don’t work when you’re away from them, they always say logging in. Wish we never would’ve gotten themMs.Under Stood1326

Updated: works for now. We’ll see if it stays that way.
The SotionCam App worked fine and now I just get “request service” or “device offline” errors and can’t use my camera anymore.AlliR2

Terrible support, cannot connect
My SotionCam camera and app stopped working some time ago. After trying to fix it several times I emailed support and was sent a new manual requesting I download a new Keekoon app. I followed all the instructions precisely, both for Ethernet and Wi-fi setup but neither worked!! I cannot find any support phone number. I have emailed again and am waiting for help. I’ve spent hours so far - what a waste!!Show lessProfessor App
Alarm doesn’t work unless you’re viewing
Alarm doesn’t work nor does it save screenshots unless your app is OPEN and the camera feed is also open. REALLY defeats the purpose of having the alarmpaublopowers
